Best Plumbers in Florida

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

Same day appoitment. Arrived on time. Excellent work. Good price. Well qualified Technicians Michael 5021 and Erik 5408.

They were very prompt and efficient took care of our problem right away. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them if I need in the future!

They sent a Technician by the name of Hunter and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and very clean. He wore foot booties without me asking and was overall just awesome. We will request him in the future and we highly recommend Edenfield and Hunter.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

Edit: Very sorry to hear about your plumber's health issues, but I stand by my review. This was a direct quote from a text message received so nothing was taken out of context

I found a water leak Sunday and called late and left a message and received a call back right away from Carlos. He told me how to shut the system down and dispatched his guys first thing Monday Morning! They showed me the issue, their price was absolutely fair and I strongly recommend them for their service work!

I have seen this humble little boy boy since he was growing up and I always knew that one day he would grow up and have his skills like his father in plumbing. Today I am seeing him on the networks with his Company Name. I applaud it. A Humble Young Man and doing an Excellent job of the most guaranteed of this era. I recommend it 100%. 🧢🧢

Bad customer service. I called to request an inspection and the guy in the other end hang up on me. Rude!.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
