Kenny jumped to the rescue for my mother who was dealing with a major backflow issue. He spent time addressing the issue for hours on her roof, working to resolve the immediate problem and then later to discover the underlying cause. Kenny took the time to explain what he performed and what else was needed. I appreciated his team's expertise, efficiency, and open communications with my family. Highly recommended!

This company went above and beyond our expectations. Hugo did an amazing and clean job with the water leakage we had in our bedroom. They were very prompt to our call and extremely professional. Marlow is great, Our water heater broke during thanksgiving. I called everyone. I search all box stores to try ti get the exact heater I had. It was a Mess.

Then I called Marlow and he answer very quickly and explain me what to do. He as first thing in the morning, even change another appointment ot help us out. He was very good and friendly.

Be very careful, Ray loves to hear himself talk. Cant spend 5 minutes on the phone with him without hearing how good and reliable he is. How nobody is licensed and how many people are standing in line to use his services. Bottom line, he's all talk and no action. Missed 3 appointments, never showed and had the nerve to answer his phone and apologize each time. He never had the intention to follow through, got a kick out of wasting my time. Well, here's your first review... Have some integrity behind your words Mr I'm the only guy who is reliable.
