Bad experience. Excessive prices, I don't mean just a little bit overpriced but totally out of range.
At a time where wearing a mask is more than a courtesy, the technician didn't feel like wearing his and put it on the kitchen counter the second he came in.
Sloppy job, dirty hand marks on the wall, breaking the bottom pan of the water heater that they just changed etc.... This is not a professional job and certainly far from reaching anyone's expectation.
Funny thing is when you go on their website everything looks appealing and their reviews are ALL excellent. Of course it is on their website so their control and put whatever they want. Totally not reflecting the truth.
Fortunately a Google review is a more realistic tool and can better guide you for your future needs. Lion Plumbing Inc...... never again.

Dropping off load with 53 trailer, backing is very tight but manageable. Very quick to get me on dock. 3 hours unload time

Slow service

Definitely could not give anything above a 2 star for this place. Yes they have a good place going, with a massive amounts of plumbing supplies but their customer service is outrageous, maybe its just me since it was my first time, but from my experience i am leaving them a 2 star rating. I showed up at the location at 1:36pm, pulled number 23, and waited, as they were still on customer #9. I noticed that the employees were working to get people helped out and out of the store as quick as possible. But i waited 2 hours to be helped, for them to tell me, oh sorry we dont have that part anymore, you will need to drive 15 miles to another store where they MIGHT have it. I am a very patient person, and on top of all of it i waited as other customers came in, grabbed a number after me, about 6 or 7, and all of them were helped before i was because they knew an employee there from previous visits and that to me is not proper customer service. Again, this was my first visit and maybe i just had bad luck, but this was my experience and im rating the place a two star for all the time wasted there to not have the part i needed.

Great plumbing supply

The service is not the problem, it is the inefficient way they run the place and the amount of time wasted. It takes an over an hour to speak to someone at the counter and all 12 people waiting in the small waiting area were not happy about it. I assume this happens often. I don’t blame the staff. I blame management for not doing its job. They should find a better way to manage this supply house.

Drivers, you're going to need a spotter. Narrow, well trafficked street and a blindside back. Be patient, the guys here are cool and will help.

I talked to a guy here before I delivered and supposedly you can also turn onto 144th and get onto 143rd and do it as a normal back but the connecting street doesn't look like it's meant for trucks. There were trailers on that street going down that direction and there's a little expediting company on 143rd so maybe you can. I don't know. I felt blindsiding was the safer option.

Worst service in the world, make sure you pack a lunch cause the wait is always 1+ hours for anything. Unfortunately it's the only plumbing supply in the area so you have no choice. If you have a hookup you go to the front of the line.

i got there at 11 AM , i had 8 people ahead of me, i finally got out of there at 12:10, dont go there in a rush because you will loose your mind.

I try to call the store to find if they have an item the reception office transferred me to the sales person they hangs up without answering I call back the same as first time they don’t need to do business

Great spot but I want to comment on the security guard outside. They allow up 10 people inside the store at a time, but do not allow 2 people to come into the store together? That's ridiculous because I usually bring my tech to help get the right parts. I don't know if this mandated by somebody, but the guard outside is claiming that this is the law. I just thought you should know that.. I wanted to buy more things but I was forced to let my tech go in and grab only what was necessary. Anywho great supply spot.

Worst Customer Service ever. Specially a guy name Fernando hanging up the phone and after trying to call again to talk to the store manager. The call never went thru they kept hanging up the phone.

I'm glad I discovered this place today. Another store had sold me a bad part and given hassle so I found Lion Plumbing here on google and hurried down. They had the exact parts I needed at good prices. The warehouse is huge. It looks like that have any plumbing part you can imagine.

Very poor service skills, We arrived to return Parts and waited 40 min, after the wait they told us that it will take to long to process and kicked us out. Who does that to a customer? We are a reg. Customer, we spent a lot of money in the past at your place.

Their answering service is horrible. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone in the parts department but they keep hanging up on me. I was going to give this place 2 stars but all day today I tried to talk to someone there and got zero help. Go to home depot or just go on line.

Very Bad service. Not much of a discount plumbing store. I bought $250 worth of items and didn't want to
Come back to buy more so I bought surplus. I go to return $65 worth of items the next day and they penalize me for this. 25% restocking fee they state. I purchase properties and I will make sure to find a plumbing supply store with values and doesn't penalize you for purchasing more than you need. Very bad experience wouldn't recommend this store.

Went in with a commercial order to get a quote for 40 toilets and 40 sinks and I was told they didn't have time to help me then I asked to speak to the person in charge of the department, forget it he is too busy. Send your order by fax. Ok. I'll spend my money elsewhere

What a great group of people. Everyone is so helpful. Very safe during Covid.

Only been in a couple of times to buy some items no one else had. The items I needed were specefically needed for my projects so the fact that they had them in stock was a lifesaver. The only problem I've had is that the last time I went I had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seen by someone and I had the same problem as another reviewer, where someone who knew one of the employees came in and skipped me by going to that employee. I felt the urge to become belligerent after this incident but I was humbled when I looked back at my fellow patrons, standing in line, and saw the looks of disbelief and sighs of dismay at the unprofessional system of customer service this establishment has in effect. They also don't call numbers so their tickets don't do jack. I did get my items though and prices were good so I won't complain too much. All in all a good experience going here.

Very small to park a 53 truck, there are only two doors and you need to invade the street to park, be careful with the streets of no trucks, no park overnight.
