Excellent & Honest! Had a special product that was discontinued and instead of trying to sell me on trying to service this product, they gave some valuable options. And it was not for them to do the change of product or installation. They are far from my location and shared it would also be best to find someone in my town. Every town needs a great plumbing co like Kabi.

Required 4 visits to fix a simple leak in my bathtub. Charges hidden dishonest fees ($65 for offsite parking). Do not recommend.
