Called 7/3/19 to schedule an estimate. Spoke with the office manager and agreed to 7/8/19 @ 4:30pm. Less than 5 mins later, had voicemail from office manager needing to reschedule to 7/9/19 due to a conflict. Returned call after getting off work and spoke with Shaun describing what work I needed done and confirmed an estimate for 7/9/19 @ 5:30 pm. That date and time has come and gone with no-call, no-show, and no estimate! It appears your reply to a previous review had a corrective action of bringing onboard a office manager to prevent a no-show / no-call from happening again. There is no need to call or email to reschedule as this career naval veteran of 3 wars will find another electrician to wire up my new garage.

Called this company to have them come diagnose and FIX an electrical issue with my automatic pool cover. I opted to pay $99 to have the technician come urgently as I was paying a lot of money to keep the chemicals in balance. The technician came out and tested a few things only to tell us that there is a short somewhere and left.
When I hire a professional to come to my house, I expect the professional to fix what I called them for. I have a call in and am waiting to hear back from the manager. This may change my rating but currently unhappy with Joe Schmo Electrical.

we just upgraded our panel to the weather head. big job. we had several questions and got 10 other estimates . very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable service people. very affordable but not cutting into the quality of work. highly recommend these guys. thank you for getting us into our home !!!

Chuck was my ambassador and was transparent about what I was to expect. I had Zimmerman install a ceiling fan and do all of the electrical work for my Mr. Cool Mini-Split HVAC. This saved thousands of dollars from having an HVAC company in Indianapolis do the work. Zimmerman showed up on time, was able to do all that was requested and the system and the ceiling fan work and look great. I will definitely use them again.

rinder came out and installed a ring light and a flood light on my garage, and an extra outlet in my home. They were also able to remove my garage from switch power (why there was a switch in the first place who knows but-the house is old). When I realized a light was constantly on in the garage I went to turn it off and it turned off the Ring light. I called them when I noticed this and they got right back out to fix it. Great quality-super responsive-will absolutely use again in the future for any electrical needs!

I had an outlet installed above my fireplace to hang a TV. The electrician was on time and the work was done well, with minimal impact to the existing drywall. He even recommended a better location for the outlet - for less interference with the TV and bracket once they were installed. It worked out great.

Best electric company out there. They work hard and get the job done with ease. The Owner really cares about his workers unlike a lot of companies out there, and goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done!
