Used their services at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and another employee of ours used to work for them. Very poor company with very poor standards.

Called Saturday morning. Got a call back within 15 minutes and my problem was fixed that day. And electrician that came out was super nice. Thanks Cross!

Jerry and his team were outstanding! They were super easy to reach, responsive and got the job done in a timely fashion. Charlotte got me set up with an appointment right away! The price was more than reasonable as well! I would recommend them to anyone with electrical needs, thanks again guys!

Calvin was not my first call, because of the google algorithm. But he was the first and only company to show up and help me in my moment of panic. My air conditioner exploded on a 95+ degree day and after calling countless booked up electricians, he was able to show up in 8 minutes of calling! He restored my power, spoke with my landlord on the other issues I was having and charged a very reasonable price. Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Don't base opinions of this company off of Arbor homes. I built with Arbor homes and had electrical problems . Turns out Arbor was lying to me. George Electric came and corrected the issue with one visit. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely proficient and respectful. I couldn't be happier with their work and will be using them in the future for any electrical work.

I have worked with this contractor a couple of times in the past & they were never worth dealing with. I've noticed all of their Journeyman are stressed out & twitchy, some were druggies & the others I've met weren't worth meeting. In a business deal I can't say whether they're worth hiring or not but in a professional sense I've not been impressed.

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations. I would highly recommend King Electric for anyone who needs quality electrical work.

Bill came out to the property, looked at the work , took down contact information and said he would provide an estimate via email. He never responded. When called about the estimate he said it would be on its way. Never responded. It was a small job, $3,700 and Bill could have said it was too small or that it did not fit his schedule but instead he chose to simply blow it off. As that is his customer service and his consideration of others time he would never be a person/company I would contract.

Great people and place

We are first time home owners updating an older home. TEC came in to replace wiring and update electrical. They were professional, clean, and did great job.
