He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and we followed his advice. We ordered all the parts we needed and he connected us with a company that did an amazing job cutting our granite countertops for a wider sink opening. I called what seemed to be 100 people to install a bathroom fan with its own dedicated vent. Josh came out and took care of it quickly. He is a top notch professional and someone I will send work to in the future. Not all Handy Man services are the same and Josh is at the top of the list for quality trustworthy guys.

Best plumber I have ever called! I'm a DIY person and I ran into some problems replacing my bathtub spout. I called and he promptly asked me to text him some pictures as he believed he could walk me through the repairs on the phone. After sending the pictures, he immediately called back with all of the info I needed to finish the repairs myself as well as what parts and tools I would need to get. He also offered various price quotes for each aspect of the repair should I want them to come do it. He didn't charge a dime and now I have the knowledge and tools to do it myself!

The team efficiently removed an old leaking solar water heater tank and capped off various pipes. Also cleaned up around the work area and removed the old solar recirculating pump to clear up space in the garage.

When our hot water heater went out, we called Wayne based on a neighborhood referral and he came by the same day and assessed the situation. He gave us some options and we opted for replacement with a similar unit. He said we would have hot water by tomorrow night - and we did! He was prompt, professional and stayed well into the evening to get the job done. Very impressive service. Thank you Wayne!

Once the service professional is actually at your house, their work is efficient and professional.

But, scheduling appointments and getting ahold of this company when they don’t show is a NIGHTMARE. I have a claim with Choice Home Warranty that they were supposed to come and fix today from 9-12. No call to explain delay, they don’t answer the phone when I call. It’s 12:30 so my guess is that they will not be coming. This also happened when the company came out to take photos to see if choice would cover the issue. Time frame of 11-3 and I sit around all day waiting for them. They show up at 3:30 after I was just leaving my house to run an errand. No ring back tone when you attempt to call them so it’s almost impossible to know if you are even getting through to the company. Voicemail full. Don’t wait your time with this company.

Update: One of the owners of the company, Katie was able to help me. Andre was able to come out within the hour, which was around 2PM to fix the problem.
