I had a pipe in my wall burst during a recent deep freeze and they were able to come out and fix it the same day in a short amount of time.
We additionally used them to install a new toilet for us, both times they gave us reasonable prices and great service.

Awesome work for a very reasonable price. They responded to my request within 5 minutes and I had a quote for the work within 10 minutes. Work was completed quickly and then they explained the use of the water heater after it was installed. I’ll be using them for work in the future.

I called Nate and I was able to have an appointment to replace my water heater. They came on time, install the new water heater in about 4-5 hours. They also clean up the place and asked me if have any questions. They cam back three day later after I pass the inspection to collect the payment. I call this company a speed to opportunity company. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work exceeded expectation. I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing
I had a great experience with Balkan Plumbing. After some insanely high quotes from other plumbers in the area, we landed on Balkan Plumbing, which was much more reasonable. They were able to provide a quote with several pictures, and they were out a couple days later to replace my water heater. I’m very impressed by the professional and clean job they did. My family is very happy with the service provided by Balkan Plumbing! They replaced a Bradford White water heater (power direct vent) in my basement. The first company I went to wanted $5500 with a 2 year warranty. Second company estimated $2900 but upped the quotation after they sent over a plumber who said the wrong type of water heater (power vent) was ordered and that they had to special order a water heater for us. Price increased to $4400. Nate at Balkan Plumbing contacted me and gave me a quick quotation at $3300. I was a little hesitant but they offered same day service, and after a week without hot water, it was hard to say no to the price and expediency that Balkan offered.
Pete came over with the support of another person...there were two trucks outside. He wore a face mask for protection and also wore booties to protect my floors. He originally estimated 1.5 hours but it only took him and his partner an hour to complete the work! I was amazed at the speed of the install and the good news is that we have hot water! A drip pan was also installed, which I didn’t ask for but knew the other plumbers were going to do that. All in all, I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing and would hire them again. Thank you Nate and Pete!!
When we noticed our water heater was starting to leak, we called Balkan Plumbing and they had their tech to stop by on the same day. The price to install a tankless water heater was competitive. We will be using them going forward.

The gentleman from the company reached out to me to make things right. He apologized for failing to come by for an estimate. Two people came by within a week and set an appointment to replace the bad heater. Install today went smoothly and they did a nice job. We have hot water again and everyone is happy. They stepped up to do a great job. Thank you!
Very disappointing. I used them to install a couple of water heaters a few years ago, a big job. They did well but now are unresponsive to my needs for a water heater in a different Location.I would not use them again in the future based on their unreliability and the fact that they don't seem to care about their business ethic.

With three children it was fantastic how quickly he got it done and even moved it back a few feet to give us more storage space in our basement. Came with a warranty and we are very happy!!

My review is a bit late. It's been about 8 months since I had the pleasure of Balkan Plumbing services. My water heater randomly broke and I was looking for a replacement. Got quotes from 3 highly rated businesses on Google and even went to Home Depot/Lowes but everybody was overpriced. I then contacted Balkan who got back to me in like an hour, very reasonable prices, and wanted to schedule the install the next day! They came the next day, installed in under an hour, took my old water heater to dispose of, and that was it. Water heater has been working amazing for 8 months with no issues. I really appreciate their work ethic & professionalism. Definitely recommend if you need a new water heater installed and most likely anything else related to plumbing.

Balkan plumbing is the best! This is the second time we have used them (once for toilets and now to replace our water heater) and they are quick to respond, on time, and fairly priced. Our hot water heater gave out sometime Sunday night. Water all over the basement. I called Monday morning, and they were able to provide a quote from photos I sent, then pick up a new hot water heater, install it, and take away the broken one, all within 3 hours from my original call! I used Balkan Plumbing to install a recirculating pump for a tankless water heater. Before the install, it took about 2 minutes for hot water to come out of each faucet. I contacted Nasco to discuss the options. Using pictures of my tankless water heater and him providing pictures of what the recirc pump would look like, he was able to provide a very reasonable quote. I was significantly less than any other plumbing company. Nasco was very attentive and responsive to all questions I had. I’m very impressed by the professional and clean job they did.
Everything is working very well where hot water comes to the faucets within 15-20 seconds. I’ll be keeping them in mind for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend Balkan plumbing for any plumbing needs.
Nasko has been very responsive, professional and reasonable. When it was discovered that there wasvsome leak happening even after changing the supply valve, he came back and fixed it.
Nate was very attentive when I contacted him with follow up questions. The quotes from him were also sent within 30 minutes. He was able to send me the quotes with a few pictures I sent him and some questions he asked me.
Pete did the removal of the water heater with great care and wasted no time.
Overall, I am very happy with the workmanship and price. Balkan plumbing was able to give me the Bradford White water heater I wanted at a much better price than other companies. I also got a military discount.
I would recommend Balkan plumbing to my friends and anybody that wants to save some time and money. The price was fair and affordable. I also got a drip pan included that was plumbed directly to my drain.
Balkan Plumbing is definitely on my preferred vendor list.

What can alI say - they were incredible. Our water heater died and I called different companies for different quotes. They were FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper than one of their competitors! Not only that, they installed it next morning. Very professional, were very careful to cover any carpets and protect my home, and always had their shoes covered with booties.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. My water heater was 20 years old so I knew it was time for a new one. I contacted Balkan Plumbing and he immediately texted me four options for a replacement. I called him back about 11am and he was at my house at 4pm and quickly installed the new water heater. I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing.
We replaced a cabinet, sink and faucet in the laundry room -Nasko changed the builder grade faucet lines and installed our new sink and faucet. Did a great job! Was responsive, professional and reasonably priced ! I will use him for all my plumbing needs!

We used Balkan plumbing service just recently and they were very good, came on time fixed our shower valve very quickly and clean, they were done within one hour, I will use Balkan plumbing in the future, we’re very satisfied!
Balkan Plumbing did a FANTASTIC job replacing our old water heater. Not only were they the best price by far (seriously, other companies were selling the same water heater for hundreds more) but they were very professional and had the whole job completed in under 2 hours. Definitely would use them again!
Contacted Balkan Plumbing and sent them the photo of ball valve with drain that needed to be replaced. Very responsive, he gave a fixed price and he came over a day later right on-time. The whole thing took place in half hour, hassle free, very polite and professional.

The whole home water filter system in my basement cracked and began leaking on a Friday afternoon. I was home with my two daughters and two nieces without water. I was not looking forward to the weekend with four kids and no water. Nasko came out on a Friday evening. Remove the broken filter and replace the pipe quickly, cleanly, and professionally without trying to sell my any new water filter system install. He knew what needed to be done and got it done fast. I will be hiring him when I’m ready to properly replace my filter system. That’ll be soon, when I am not in full time dad mode w 4 kids.

Pete and I discussed project over the phone (installing new gas hot water tank). He had a very thorough checklist of questions that we worked through before he gave me the quote for the work. He also made a 'best recommendation' for specific product and the warranty life based on how long we expected to be in our home and normal usage.He answered all of my questions about time to do the job, if quote included haul away of old tank, etc. Very polite when I thanked him, but requested another couple of days to get additional estimates. I called him as he was best bid and we scheduled for 48 hours later. As promised, he called 30 minutes prior to arriving - and he and Andon arrived right on time. We reviewed space, fittings, water drain, etc., then Pete and Andon went to work. After they had cleaned up, hauled out old tank and tested faucets, etc., they reviewed operations, settings and maintenance of new tank. They did a great job of protecting floors, stairs (all wood) and walls during their work. Everything completed in under 2 hours! Definitely recommend them and will call with my next project.

I had a water heater leaking went out to look for someone to replace the heater. Balkan was referred to us by Thumbtack. Balken got back to me within 10 minutes of asking for the referral and within the next 3 hours I have a brand new water heater. Great job and great guys to work with.
We needed an assessment on our water pipes and Nasko new the issue immediately which was a simple fix. Not only did he solve the issue in 15 min but because it was an assessment he didn’t want to charge anything. He was professional diligent and explained the situation so it doesn’t occur in the future. When we need work done in the future he will be our first call!

GREAT SERVICE!!! Had my water heater go out Sunday. Called Balkan on Monday afternoon after waiting for a few other companies to call back (never happened). Took my call immediately, sent pictures of my tank and gave me estimates over the phone. Tank was replaced the next day. Another company did returned my call the next day, their price was higher. My advice.......go with Balkan!
Called Pete and he was out to my house within 2 hours. Great man. Very honest, professional, affordable and forthcoming in performing his work. Provided insight as to why our water pressure was so high, diagnosed our suppression system issues and fully replaced our house PRV regulator in no time. Cannot speak highly enough of this company. In a day and age where service is lacking, these guys get it and hold themselves to a higher standard. They have my business and all my neighbors permanently.
Pete and his colleagues at Balkan plumbing have done a couple of jobs for me in the past year. Their work is high quality and reasonably priced. Pete was very responsive and came over to fix my water heater right away. Other contractors wanted to charge 2-3x for what Pete did in a half hour, and they even recommended spending thousands of dollars for a new one. Don't let shady contractors fool you...water heaters may last way beyond 10 years! Pete is honest, and my ~11 year-old water heater is now working just fine.
Balkan Plumbing replaced my water heater responding quickly and professionally to my need. They were available for questions prior to installation. Thorough explanation and follow up instruction was provided to the customer. Professional and courteous service at a reasonable and affordable price. I am so glad we found Balkan Plumbing. Our water heater unexpectedly went out and they were able to come same day to install a new one. They drove out of their way to get to our house in Westminster and install was the most affordable price we found. They even wore shoes covers before entering our home. Nasko installed a new water heater. I sent him a picture and he gave me a quote which did not change once he arrived for the job. I asked him a lot of questions by text about water heater brands and he always responded quickly. The job was fast, maybe 1.5 hours. Price was very fair. This is a two-person company, so they do not have a huge mark-up unlike the mainstream plumbers you see advertised. I will definitely use him again!
My only suggestion would be to offer opinions on the different brands beyond warranty information.

I called Balkan Plumbing regarding some minor plumbing concerns at a house I recently purchased. Nate was quick to respond, and even came out to take a look within 24 hours of speaking with him. I asked him about a dozen different issues, all of which he was very familiar with and addressed how he would perform the respective repair. Fast forward a few months, I had a leaking hose bib that no matter what, I could not stop a steady drip. I became increasingly concerned as ice started to accumulate. Again, I called Balkan Plumbing/Nate and he was at my house the next day. He performed the repair right then and there (was more involved than we thought - about a 2 hour job due to previous owner deferring the required repair). Balkan/Pete will continue to be my go-to provider for all plumbing needs.
