We had a water leak in the mechanical room and called another plumber to do the repair. Their quote was twice as much as it should have been so we were referred to Sound Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly. We have used several different plumbing companies throughout the years, but this one is by far the best! Sound Plumbing will always be our go to plumbing company. Thanks David!

Great plumbing firm Best Plumbing Aurora Inc. offers quick response times. When they arrived, everything in my home was working correctly and I had everything in backup mode. The plumber was exceptionally skilled. He described my mainline stoppage to me. I would absolutely recommend Best Plumbing Aurora Inc. and utilize their services again because they are a great organization all around.

I purchased a 2 ton Rheem AC unit from ARS Rescue Rooter in June 2018. Jacob and his assistant did a great job and the Nest thermostat that came with the unit was awesome. I highly recommend this thermostat to anyone looking to buy a new air conditioner.Unfortunately after 3-4 weeks the unit died and starting blowing hot air. After turning the unit off and resetting the circuit breaker three times, the AC finally started to work. When an ARS tech came to diagnose the unit, he told me there was nothing wrong and everything checked out fine.After this, the city inspector failed the AC unit inspection because of faulty insulation around the coil line. He told me this was a relatively easy fix so it wasn’t the end of the world. I then scheduled an appointment with ARS and they no-showed for the inspection correction. I scheduled a second appointment which they proceeded to no-show again. On the third time I called, they said they would speak to a manager and get back to me.Unfortunately they never got back to me. I then called corporate ARS and finally got a call back from Scott, the local branch manager in Aurora, Colorado. Scott proceeded to lie and say he had pictures proving that the inspection was corrected.When I asked Scott to send me the pictures he finally relented and said that the pictures did not show the corrected issues. At that point, I was so disappointed and frustrated that I have asked for a full refund and to have the AC unit removed. They will be removing my AC unit this Saturday.This company has a lot of great reviews because, for the most part, it seems they do a great job and have great products. I was really happy with my AC, but I’ve been completely let down by the lack of customer service and poor communication. This company will need to make significant changes for appointment scheduling and improve their customer service if they ever wish to earn me back as a customer.

Mikhail with Best Choice Plumbing has provided excellent service to my home. We have used him twice for our plumbing issues. The first time he came to repair a leak in our basement above a light fixture. The second time he replaced our old gate valve on our main shutoff with a ball valve, installed a water pressure regulator, and a shutoff valve to our refrigerator. His prices are very fair if not cheaper than anyone else. He is very honest about his work and very reliable. He is my go to plumber and I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

Christopher did a great job replacing an old, faulty valve for us. I asked him to change the orientation of the handle after it was installed and he made this modification with no problem. He was on-time, courteous, clean, and very tolerant of our new dog. This is the second time we've used Rooter Guy. They are our go-to plumbing company. Very responsive and professional.

My basement floor drain was not draining from the kitchen line. I have had this issue before and felt it was an easy fix but did not have the tools and know-how to fix it myself. John's tech was not available right away but with his guidance, I purchased a small drain snake and fixed it myself! I have never had a plumber so willing to assist me (while on vacation) and provide me with guidance (and reassurance) which ultimately saved me money. Metro Drain is an honest and professional company. If I have the need for a plumber in the future, I will call Metro.

Jimmy came out to replace our sink, faucet, garbage disposal and snake our line. James joined him and they were amazing. They went above and beyond. The price was fair. We were so scared to hire a plumber because we felt we would be ripped off and I honestly would leave Jimmy with a key to our house. He's brilliant and knows what he's doing. We really will never use anyone else.
