We used JJ for a bathroom remodel. The team was very responsive and engaged from the start and great to work with. The team quickly got to work and finished as planned while delivery a quality product. We really like the bathroom and would recommended.

I never ever leave feedback.
But this time, I have to!
My family have been dealing with plumbing issues at our old old house.
We just spent $5000 on changing kitchen line pipe (only 5 feet) with another company.
We are not happy with their service.
Can’t shake the feeling that they ripped us off.

Anyway, meanwhile we had an emergency, major leaking on under the sink pipe at middle of the night. Even we close the main water line, still leaked.

I called the same company. They said I have to wait until next morning. Dang!
I called several different companies but no one couldn’t come.
N I called this company. BOOTSTRAP!
He answered n he came for us. It was around 12am! Hallelujah!! Thank god!
He fixed the problem quickly.
When he left he said if there is a problem call him back.

Unfortunately, had very very small leak.
It could b left alone. But my personality couldn’t let go. Sorry to bugging you Payton 😂
He had to came two times more.
Didn’t charged at all for those trips.
He kept his words. Patient, honest, responsible..
I can’t say thank enough!
From now on We don’t need to go through all those companies who try to rip u off.

These folks are awesome! Called about a sink in the basement that wasn’t draining. Got an appointment right away. Jacob was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It is an older home with old and new plumbing and he worked his way through all of it to solve the problem. Cleaned everything up afterwards and even recommended another step to avoid future problems. Can’t say enough positive things about the company or it’s people. Very satisfied and impressed. Would recommend them to anyone

Josh and Marcus went above and beyond for my Family and I in an emergency plumbing situation today.

They worked from 4PM until 7PM, to get us into a position to enjoy Christmas with the basic aminitty we all take for granted called PLUMBING!

Speaking to Josh and Marcus reminded me of speaking to long time friends, great Guy's who we will hopefully have in our corner when the need arises in the future.

I had Anywhere Rooter replace one yard hydrant add three new ones plus a shutoff for the new hydrants, they do great work. We did have a problem with one of the new hydrants, they came out the next day and replaced it, everything is working great now. I highly recommend Anywhere Rooter to anyone who needs some work done.

Booked an appointment to fix our sprinklers. The day before the appointment, they called and canceled it. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will never call them again.
