Paul responded quickly to our sewer backup. He was a professional, and introduced us to the hydrojetting method. It clears the tree roots and it flushes out years of sludge. With his camera we were able to see the cause of the backup and evaluate the condition of the pipes. We are grateful to Paul and recommend him highly. Thank you Paul!

He was able to figure out the problem by trying a few things all while trying to keep my cost down! He was friendly, helpful and cheerful! Robert was knowledgeable, prompt and personable, replacing our broken water heater in March 2016. He came to assess our old one, fixed what he could until our new one came in. The water heater came in 2 days later (late evening) and he called up to fit us in early the next morning so we wouldn't have to go another day without hot water. He had to spend more time than expected to install it, as our property/setup made it difficult to do so but kept to the price quoted (very reasonable). He also walked us through/showed us the issues with our old water heater, possible solutions, and how he setup our new heater. If I ever need anything regarding plumbing or heating again or a house inspection for these, we'll call Robert.

He suggested the different options that Swan has in order to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Luis to be your technician if you have any plumbing issues. Drain and sewer solutuons saved my day.
