Great experience. Alex answered his phone on a Sunday, not a recording, amazing! They came out the next day and completed the job. Issaid was extremely professional, on time and replaced the water heater in less time than expected. Will definitely recommend for future business.

I called up WHE on Friday afternoon. They were able to get me scheduled for the following Monday. Vince came over and was professional and knowledgeable. He made it clear what work he was going to do and provided pricing. I will continue to use WHE and recommend them to friends whenever a plumber is needed.

Called Alex. He was super responsive and answered all my questions. I scheduled for their services. Issaid came to my place the very next day. I thought i needed a new water heater and had received a few quotes with the highest up to $4,690. He completed an inspection and identified it was a sensor that needed replacement and not the water heater; a part that was around $300 for my specific model. I should add the other quotes received also was after inspection. He also swapped out the expansion tank. Issaid had to drive all over town looking for the sensor. When he returned, there was a slight leak. He replaced the valve as well at no additional charge. I cannot thank these guys enough. Hands down, the BEST experience!! I will and do recommend WHE to anyone wanting an experienced person thats honest with integrity for quality work on plumbing needs. Thanks, Alex and Issaid!!

I received a top notch product for a very reasonable price along with great service. Water Heater Experts is just what I was looking for and will use them again for other plumbing jobs!

Didn't even test for issue, immediately quoted me $1700 for a water heater repair when the problem was a leak in the supply line. Shameful to try to take advantage of people like that.

Have used WHE four times already and each time, they don't disappoint. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable compared to other competitors but more importantly, they do quality work and back it up with a one year warranty. Alex, Issaid and Vince are awesome. When I look for professional help, there are 3 things I look for:
1. Knowledgeable and skilled - I look for people that not just gives me a price but explains what they are doing and why they recommend it. A good indicator is how meticulous they in assessing your situation and every situation is different but you should walk away feeling like you know exactly what they will do.
2. Value - Don't mistake value for price. Just like most things in life, professional jobs are expensive. I always question cheap estimates. Their prices are competitive.
3. Do you feel comfortable or confident? This one is one that is hard to judge but when I walk away from an estimate, I should feel confident and should have not questions unanswered. Additionally, if after Im done and take time to think about the estimate if I have too many questions remaining, it just means they didn't do a good job of explaining what they plan to do. It's on them since they are the experts and provide information that you may not think about.

WHE met all three criteria for me. I highly recommend them. I will recommend them to friends and family and I don't do that often.

Alex was here when he said he would be, was very patient answering my questions, could troubleshoot the issue. We made a plan for the following day for the repair, which was also completed in a clean and timely way. WOWOWOW! I had such a great experience with the folks at WHE Plumbing. They were able to come out same day (on a Saturday) for a consultation, and scheduled a water heater replacement appointment for first thing Monday morning. They answered all my questions, were transparent about the work, and communicative in the time leading up to the appointment. Come Monday my expectations were exceeded again. I needed 2 water shut off valves to be replaced and Alex is definitely one of the most professional individuals I have interacted with. WHE got my drains fixed quickly. I can count on WHE to get plumbing issues taken care of fast!

After gettin a higher-than-normal water bill at my small 4-plex I called WHE for help. They came out quickly and discovered that it was a toilet that was constantly draining water. I had them replace the toilet and fix a leaking hose bib and a thermostat on a hot water heater since I had them there. They took care of it all the same day. I'm not usually one to give a review, but I feel it necessary as these guys were very honest and fair with there pricing. I will be reaching out to WHE for any plumbing issues in the future!

Overall they did a good job installing our new water heater. The price was fair. The only complaints I have are

1. They had to remove the utility door to get into the furnace room and they also removed several items. They did not put the items back in the closet or reinstall the door.

2. The had to turn off the main water value. They told me they had a problem with the main water value leaking and I thought they had fixed the drip. After they left it was still dripping. I think they could have offered to replace or repair the value since they are in the plumbing business. This was over a week ago and I still have a small drip. Looks like I will have to replace the valve.

Quick response and came to our house and gave an estimate, options and explained what was necessary practically and code-wise to replace my water heater on a Saturday evening after my old one went out. Answered my questions and completed the job yet that evening. Had a 5-star rating prior to our job and that was one of the reasons I contacted WHE. Lived up to the 5 star rating in my project.

I installed a new water heater by myself and didn't notice there was a shipping bracket supporting the burner. The bracket made noises everytime the burner turns on. WHE managed to take it out without removing the water heater which was great. They also help me understand what I did wrong with my installation. Nothing major but I really appreciated their advice. Water Heater Experts are the best. My technician (I can't remember his name) was there on time, polite and he did his due diligence and fixed my water heater without any issues. I was sure that I was going to be told, I needed a new water heater and that was not the case. I thought this had posted, but apparently not. I had an EXCELLENT experience with WHE. I called them because they were listed on AO Smith's website under affiliated contractors. My HWH was being weird and the ignition wasn't working. E came out and not only fixed the issue, but also taught me a thing or two about what to do if it happens again.

We had the pleasure of having our hot water heater start leaking late on a Friday night and needed an emergency fix on a Saturday. I did a quick Google search and saw WHE pop up as a 5 start local business so called them at 9am for help and someone was at our house by 10. They not only replaced our water heater quickly, but also helped out with the permit with Arapahoe County and facilitated everything that came with it.

We were experienceing a couple of issues two weeks after the water heater had been installed with in in our hot water lines and a milky color water coming out of our faucets when the hot water was on and WHE once again was able to come out promptly and resolve the issue. I recommend them 10/10 times!

Saved the day! Came by on very short notice to fix a gas leak. You don't realize how much you need hot water till you don't have it. Especially with 4 kiddos... Affordable and fast!

These guys are awesome. Got an error on my tankless water heater, they were out within 4 hours, fixed the problem, and they don’t overcharge. I have several rentals and these guys are my new go to.

Our 15years old water heater stopped working suddenly so we called WHE plumbing because of the great review on google. when I called him he didn't answer the phone but he immediately texted me back and came in same to check out the issue. We discovered that we need to replace our water heater, They came two days later to install new water heater tank, because of our limited space for water heater tank we needed special tank to make it fit but they made it work without any issue. The installers were very neat, they used shoes cover to come in the house and used blanket to protect our newly installed wood floor. They came on-time, great communication start to finish. highly recommended!!

We used this company in 2018 when the hot water went out on our water heater. I called in the morning and the guy came out the same day to diagnosis the problem. He was able to repair the water heater the very next day! The tech was very professional and did an outstanding job, providing us with knowledge about the water heater.

This spring we noted a crack in our outside water valve that leads to the sprinkler system. I set up a diagnostic appointment with WHE due to the great past experience with the water heater. When the tech came out he was very courteous professional and also provided knowledge about our water system. He made recommendations regarding replacements of certain parts but was honest that it was not something that needed to be done at this time. I did not feel pushed into paying for a repair that did not need to be repaired at this time. He replaced the valve that needed to be replaced the very next morning.

I would recommend this company to others. This company is very professional, hard working, dependable, reliable and trustworthy. Their prices are not outrageous and they are flexible with scheduling.

Alex and team have been fantastic. They have completed two jobs for us, replacing our corroded galvanized water pipes to outside spigots and a broken water heater that flooded our basement.

This was my first plumbing experience, and I was really glad we went with them. They were extremely nice, explained everything in a way that I could understand, they tackled things as they came up, and they didn't try to take advantage of my own inexperience. Very courteous. They did not charge for something that required the work of a specialty company (sewer line), even though they spent literal hours doing everything they could with the equipment they have. Water Heater Experts helped me when my old water heater broke down and flooded the basement. They were responsive, professional, and very detailed when discussing the problem and their process/solution. I was lucky and they were able to replace the water heater the same day I contacted them.

Our water heater burst and a friend recommended we call WHE Plumbing. I am so happy we took his advice. We called ALEX late Monday evening and he promptly came out an hour later and reviewed the situation. After we discussed the total cost (lowest of the four plumbers we had called prior to getting our friend's recommendation), he was willing to perform the work immediately , but told him i had a prior engagement that night. We agreed to 9 AM the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised when he appeared at 8:30 to start the work. I have never had a contractor arrive in a timely manner, much less a half hour early. I've worked with Alex on 2 separate occasions now. He's extremely responsive and very transparent with what needs to be done and what the costs will be. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for timely and cost-efficient services.

WHE helped us out in a pinch. We found a leak in a hose to our water heater around 9pm on Friday night and ended up having to shut off the entire supply to our condo unit to stop the leak. Alex answered the phone first thing Saturday morning, he and Vince were out in about an hour to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. We were grateful to have our water back on so soon!

WHE Plumbing did a thorough, professional, quality installation of a new water heater in my home. I am very satisfied with the work. After having several different plumbing companies do shoddy work on my 100 year old house, WHE Plumbing is the only one that I will gladly call back next time.

Alex was just what we needed and did a great job!

My wife noticed a rust stain on the tile under our pedestal sink. After a closer look, I noticed that there was a pin-hole in a small portion of galvanized pipe. I'm fairly handy, but was also pretty certain with our house's reputation that something terrible was on the way. Decided to hire the work out and Alex met all our needs. The fix ended up being straight forward, but he chatted with me through the process and explained everything in a way that made sense. I would hire him again for repairs. He worked quickly and got us back to status quo within the evening.

I should also mention that WHE's hours were what really sealed the deal when we looked for a plumber. Having posted hours til 8pm meant that when we found the issue at 6pm, we still had a shot at getting this fixed. Alex took our call and after a brief explanation showed up within an hour. We were lucky as a previous job didn't take as long as he expected.

Overall, everything worked out and we now have a leak free bathroom sink :)

WHE installed a new residential hot water heater at my home a year ago. They were polite, informative, prompt, professional, clean AND provided the best quote of the half dozen other plumbing contractors I contacted. They also didn’t charge me for pulling the online building permit with the city — something the other contractors charged $30 to do. Anyway, fast forward, and the thermal expansion tank they installed, newly require by city code, failed a few days before the one-year warranty on materials and workmanship (standard, no extra cost) expired. A WHE service tech came right over and replaced it without any charge. Very nice to do business with an honest, trustworthy contractor in an industry where questionable costs and up sells can be common. Good job guys!

I had a GE water heater go out the day a guest was coming to town and needed it looked at fast. The first couple companies I called said they didn’t work on GE water heaters. Alex answered my call immediately and said he could come by that night. He ended up coming even earlier than he thought it could and had the issue resolved in under an hour. Water Heater Experts Plumbing LLC (WHE) came to our house for repairs on out tankless hot water heater. They came and called Navien, who manufactured the water heater, and diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts within a few minutes. They returned the following week and installed the new part in a few minutes and we are back up and running. We had another repair service out the week before we found WHE, and they said the unit was in horrible shape and may need to be replaced. WHE came and went right to the manufacturer to diagnose the issue and do the repair. Very impressed with their honesty and efficiency.

Story Time! - I needed all new appliances for the house, and I really wanted to have a water line for the refrigerator. I called up WHE, and they were at the house two days later to give me a quote. The quote was amazingly competitive and could be completed while they were there. In looking through my plumbing in the basement, WHE plumbing found an old and poorly-installed valve a little ways away from where the ideal location for the water connection would be. Instead of doing the easy fix and ignore the looming problem, WHE put in my new connection by completely replacing the old connector, and replaced the section of pipe it was connected to.

It will need to be a really busy time for me to consider working with another plumber.

Replacing a hot water heater isn't fun but Water Heater Experts made it quick and easy. I could not recommend WHE Plumbing any higher - they were courteous, responsive, professional, clean and even willing to do an install late in the evening to fit our schedule. Our water heater leaked while it was still in warranty. I called all the big plumbing companies in this area. no one would like to take care of water heater replacement within warranty if they didn’t install it. I finally found one which would charge me $$$$ for that and I have to pay for the new water heater up front and have only 1 year warranty on the new heater. Then I m so glad I found WHE. They came out same day to check it out and had it replaced the second day. They took care of the warranty without me paying anything upfront and 6 year warranty on the new heater. I immediately cancelled my AAA membership and I will keep using WHE in the future.

Definitely pleased that I had Alex replace the water heater in my townhouse. I read all the reviews online on Yelp and Google and had 5 estimates for the project. Alex was about $100 over the lower bids but it’s completely worth it for the piece of mind from having a true master plumber.

He’s very honest and trustworthy, keeps his word and makes the process go quickly and efficiently. The work product is excellent and he is spot on in his knowledge of the options and best choices for circumstances. Mind you he and his crew had to dig a two foot deep hole in my crawl space.

This is the 2nd time I have used Water Heater Experts Plumbing. I once had them install a new water heater approximately a year ago. I found that service to be a great value.

I now had a toilet leak at the base of the toilet that meets the flooring. The cost was approximately $270, which seemed high since I think I paid about $1300 for a water heater install.

Alex the owner came out and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I no longer have a toilet leak! I will continue to use this company as they are fair with pricing, honest, and do a great job.

Our water heater was failing and finally started leaking. We called several reputable companies, but settled on WHE Plumbing. We went with a new tankless water heater. WHE was able to promptly start the work within a day of the initial visit. They also found a new location for the tankless in our mechanical crawl space area to free up the utility closet that used to be occupied by our old 50 gallon tank. Very happy with the install and function of the new tankless system.

Very Fast response with a fair price! Sunday night our water heater stopped producing hot water. Called first thing on Monday morning and the technician answered and provided an ETA of 1 hour. Very professional and explained the problem. A part was ordered and a 2nd technician delivered that afternoon and installed. Both technicians were professional and friendly.

I was unable to light the pilot on water heater. Vance came out and light it right away. Apparently i am not holding the pilot button in correctly. Does not seem like that should be hard but apparently there is a correct way and an incorrect way. I appreciated his honesty. Another company may have tried to sell me a new water heater (actually one tried 2 months ago) or may have said it was not repairable. Honesty means I will call them again. Would recommend. NEW ERVIEW: april 2 2022: apparently google wont let me write another review. Water heater experts installed a new wh in Aug 2022. today the gas control valve went out. i called early, and they were able to come out this morning. prior customers are given priority for service. alex had a control valve on his truck and able to make repair quickly. not cheap, but polite, explain things, always been on time. so glad he was able to come today. i dont give many 5 star reviews, but Water heater Experts gets my 5 stars. UPDATE: 6/12/2022 I like Water heater Experts but my 18month old WH is out again for the second time. 2 months ago the gas control valve went out, $374.00. Now its not working again. I dont recommend Bradford White Defender WH: junk.

Called on a Saturday afternoon when water heater failed. Alex came in about an hour to give an in-person estimate. He then came back about 2 hours later with the new water heater and had it installed that evening. Work was done cleanly, competently.

The technician who came to clean out my water heater accidentally shut off my HVAC system which shut off my Air Conditioner. I was with out any Air Conditioning for six days and it was miserable. This should have never happened. When I reported this to Alex, the owner, he spoke with the Technician and the Technician denied it. No one else was down in the basement working or near that area.

Initially I had Water Heater Experts out to inspect my leaking and partially clogged kitchen drain. They showed me where the garbage disposal was cracked (causing the leak) and recommended a product that would help the gurgling sound coming from the drain (which I had assumed was a partial blockage). Within a week of getting the product (online, not from the WHE) the drain works great, just had they had advised. While they were out I had them look at the hot water heater. I knew when I bought my place 4 yrs ago that the hot water heater was older and wouldn't last forever. Upon inspection they found it was 15 years old -- and I could see the corrosion without them pointing it out. We scheduled a time to replace the hot water heater (which involved unstacking and moving my washer & dryer to get to it), they gave me a quote and returned as scheduled. The new hot water heater is amazing! I'm so glad I found WHE to come out and do these very necessary repairs. I highly recommend Alex and his team!

Recently, my old water heater decided to go out with a watery splash. I searched the internet for a good company to repair or replace it and found WHE, and I'm so glad I did! I called and Alex picked up fairly quickly. I texted him my info and then he came out to diagnose the water heater. Initially, I figured that we may be able to fix it, but by the next day more water was coming, so I decided to replace it. At the time of diagnosing, Alex gave me some possible very reasonable replacement quotes that he honored. I shot Alex a text with pics of the extra water the day after the diagnosis before they were open and he called me up quickly! I was surprised that he'd respond before opening, but he was very accomodating and professional. By the end of the call, I was scheduled for replacement. Vince came by to do the removal and replacement, and so did Alex. Before the end of my word day, my house had hot water without any leaking. WHE are completely dependable professional folks! BK

We used Water Heater Experts to replace an 18 year old water heater in Jan 2020. Alex came out to our home and provided us a written quote the same day that we called. We received 2 other quotes from contractors prior to selecting Alex. We selected the 3 contractors based on reviews and their BBB standing. Alex was our choice because his price was competitive, he was quick to provide the quote and he was detailed in his explanation. Our water heater was installed 2 days after approving his contract. The installer, Issaid, was professional and explained everything we needed to know during and post install. The office manager, Annie, set up the inspection with the city and we passed without issue. We would use Water Heater Experts again without hesitation.

Discovered water heater had stopped working and did all the diagnostics. Called WHE at 8AM and Alex arrived by 11AM. He was able to call the manufacturer for help diagnosing, got the part that was on warranty ordered and delivered the next morning. It took leas than 30 minutes. Alex explained that I could install the part myself, saving an additional service charge. It took me 5 minutes to install when the part arrived. I was grateful Alex didn’t gouge me for an unnecessary service call.

Very fast and efficient service. We had a pipe burst on a Friday and they were there within a hour to help. The prices are reasonable as well.

They answered the phone and were able to send someone over the same day to trouble shoot an error code on the tankless water heater. The plumber diagnosed the problem and made the repairs as needed. The next day the error code reappeared and they came back out quickly to diagnose the problem with the manufacturer and fixed it. Wow - amazing and efficient service at a price that beat out the other quotes I got to get my sump pump replaced!! I was thoroughly impressed with the owner's responsiveness and the employees who did the job - it was awesome!!

The guy originally said the cost would include the permit. When he got to my house, he asked me if I still wanted the permit. I don’t know why he asked me again, but I said I guess I didn’t need it. I wish I would have said yes, as he originally said the price would include the permit one the phone.. The water heater is slightly on a tilt, and I’m sure when I go to get a permit, there will be issues. I don’t appreciate being put on the spot like that, especially when he said the price would include the permitting, already on the phone. I would advise- make sure they are paying for the permit, if you agree on that at the beginning. I originally posted a great review, and I was grateful for their prompt response and lowest quote, but now after a week, it doesn’t seem my hot water lasts as long as my other tank, when taking a shower. Overall not as impressed as I was at the beginning, when ai gave them a 5/5 review.

If you're looking for solid, honest, reliable, extremely friendly plumbers - these are your guys. I had an issue with my water heater - he came over to check it out on a Sunday late evening at no cost and told me it was most likely done and he can come back to replace it. Comes back the on Tuesday to replace it and start unhooking everything, after an hour of unhooking everything he then realizes there was a water leak in my hose pipe that leaked into the furnace and my furnace may not be done with and he could just replace the pilot light in which he did at NO COST! We set up another time for him to come by and replace the hose pipe that burst at an extremely reasonable cost. A++++++

While having my furnace replaced, my water heater would not restart, The CIP contractor tried for several hours to restart it with no luck. His conclusion it’s old and would’ve needed to be replaced sooner or later, that was turned into now.

After several web searches, filed applications for assistants, phone calls and an estimate of three thousand, I came across WHE Plumbing on YELP, and they had a BBB rating.
I called and spoke with Alex, still thinking the water heater needed to be replaced, he listened and answered my questions. Still thinking I was getting a estimate, I texted my info to him and was able to get an appointment for that day.

Great company, Alex there is the best. I have had them for 2 jobs now and they are always responsive, prompt and highly professional. Also, price is competitive for professional and licensed plumbers. The second time I called them it was an emergency - they came to fix the mess of another company which left a leaking pipe and just bailed. Alex responded quickly on Friday evening and worked past 10pm on Friday to finish the job so we could turn back the water to the whole house. Alex really knows his craft.

Alex is great. My dogs love him which is always a dead giveaway. He offered same day service, great communication and thorough explanation of the work done with options.

Had to replace my water heater and Alex, Vince, and Issaid were very helpful and professional. Vince and Issaid were on time to install and were very informative about the installation process and how to reignite the pilot if it ever went out. Use WHE plumbing for my annual water heater flush/maintenance, Issaid came on time and explained the job, the whole thing took less than 20 mins, highly recommended!

Called WHE to reset a toilet that I suspected was leaking sewer gas and to get a quote for a new water heater. I made the appointment through the website and promptly received a call from Alex to confirm the time and what needed to be done. When he arrived for the appointment, he took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue with the toilet, gave me a quote and got to work. After he was done, he went over what he did. As for the water heater quote, he gave me a couple of options on the brand he would use and explained why he recommends those brands. The quote I got was reasonable. I would not hesitate using WHE again.

My water heater broke on a weekend and the following Monday was a snowstorm. Alex was able to get us a new waterheater on Monday evening while others could’nt do it until the following day at the soonest. They also matched the coupon I found on Angie’s list. Would highly recommend.

We had several jobs we wanted completed in 1 visit. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced, we needed our master shower caulked, and we had a big job in our 1/2 bath to take out the original pedestal sink and replace it with a 3-drawer base and custom vessel. The 3-drawer base needed some custom carpentry work to make the drawers usable and they did a fantastic job. Issaid was very professional, patient, and took time to explain the issue at hand. He quickly fixed the problem with my clogged toilet and took extra time to go over how my water heater works within my home and what I need to do when the time comes to replace it. He went over brand names of water heaters, parts needed to be up to code and pricing. I will use this company again. He checked all my toilets in my home, not just the one that was clogged.

WHE Plumbing LLC is great! They are reasonably priced, willing to give general pricing over the phone, which is important for a Property Manager, and they respond quickly to get the job done! They replaced a 50 gallon water heater for one of the rental properties I manage. They came in lower than their competitors and the job was done in just a few days. I highly recommend them!

Alex is the man! We needed an anode rod replaced in our water heater (which the previous owners were several years overdue for), and another plumber couldn't manually pry the nut loose. Alex came out with his impact wrench and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He has invested in having the right tools, even when they're more expensive, and he knows how to use them. We have a new go-to plumber! Definitely will call again for future needs.

Alex is the most professional plumber I've ever had. He explained and priced everything fairly for us and i called him in at 10am he was at my house by 11am, as promised and immediately went to work. 10/10 would recoomend.

I rarely review businesses that provide services like plumbing, electric, or HVAC only because the representatives usually leave me with some sort of PTSD.

However, Alex and his team provide the exact opposite in their delivery of expertise. I put in a request at 2:00am for a non-emergent issue and Alex messaged me at 7:00 informing me he could be out to our place by 8:00 to take a look at replacing our refrigerator valve.

He showed up on time and was able to complete the job the same day! He also did the work for a fraction of the price compared to everyone else’s bid I had obtained.

Alex also went above and beyond by evaluating our main water line shut off and informed us that it would be beneficial to have it replaced in the future. He did not, however, pressure us in any way to move forward with the modification.

I will 100% use Alex for all of our future plumbing needs and recommend him to any and all that may inquire.

He gave me a quote and then was able to fix the problem the same day. Better still, he had all the parts in the truck, which in my experience is a first! I can’t tell you how appreciative I am to WHE Water Heater Repair. I came home to a flood in my basement yesterday afternoon because the water heater had broken down. Alex was there within 2 hours and went to Home Depot at 6:30 at night, got a new water heater, and stayed until almost 10:00 at night installing the new one and removing the old one. He was efficient, courteous and explained everything he was doing and why.

Alex, Vince, Issaid...could not be more grateful to this crew. Initially consulted Alex for water heater replacement and while reviewing our system he was willing to check out our sump system due to my concerns about its functionality and might not be up to code. Alex gave his honest and professional opinion, not pushy, offered a very reasonable quote to replace the sump pump and piping which I knew ultimately needed to happen; I removed the old piping system due to leaks and issues and they made accommodations to come out the next business day to replumb the system, they were even willing to run the piping as previous where I could have it empty into my yard drainage piping as requested. They went the extra mile. Looking forward to the same professionalism for the water heater as well!
