I woke up to a leak in my bathroom in the morning and called Viktor. He showed up shortly after while having a tight schedule. Issue was fixed very fast. Victor responded quickly. He called early Monday to see if he could come that afternoon. He arrived exactly on time; assessed the problem; went to get the needed part; returned and fixed it perfectly. He then did another project I asked him to do. He was extremely fair in his rate He did not charge to come assess. There was no up selling. He was fast, efficient, professional and neat as a pin. I am so relieved to have found a great plumber with integrity.

My wife and I had a clogged sink drain we had spent hours trying to remedy ourselves. We called Viktor and he came over on the night before Thanksgiving and saved the day. My experience with Victor was nothing less than excellent all the way through. My water heater started leaking and so I found him via Google maps. He was near by and had good ratings so I called. He came out the same day and gave me a free estimate. After agreeing to use his services, he came out the next day and swapped out the water heater. He also followed up by coming back out the following Monday to make sure everything was working well.

We are very happy with the exceptional service we had been given. Great communication and delivered everything as promised.

Exceptional work! I was doing some home remodeling and hit a copper pipe with a nail gun. This pinhole leak caused me a big problem I wasn’t prepared for. Viktor is amazing! Professional, friendly, timely, responsive and goes out of his way to give great customer service. He has worked with me repeatedly to repair recurring malfunctions in my tankless hot water heater. After working with multiple other plumbers who were unable to fix the ongoing issues, he diagnosed and repaired the problem. Additionally, he is extremely clean and leaves no trace behind. I highly recommend Viktor.

Viktor was a pleasure to work with. He was able to find a leak and fix it quickly , made some recommendations to address our pipe design for winterizing our house in the future, fixed my back flow preventer, and got my sprinklers started for spring! He kept me informed on when he would arrive and always left the house spotless. His pricing is very reasonable and he was able to text and send me pictures of the work he did.

I did a bonehead mistake and drilled into a pipe trying to hang a picture. Called Spotless Plumbing and they were here in 5 minutes. Easy repair, had it fixed in 20 minutes. He even cleaned up the water off the wall and vacuumed up the drywall dust off the floor. Strongly recommend!

Viktor did an amazing job. He was highly responsive and had amazing communication. Viktor contacted me within 20 minutes of me asking for a quote. He asked for pictures of my old system and had a full quote shortly there after. We set up an appointment for the install. Viktor gave me a one hour window for arrival, texted me prior to arriving, and showed up right on time. During the entire install, Viktor took extra care to ensure the install was not only thorough, but much cleaner looking than the original system. We are very impressed with his work.

As for the quote, he stuck to exactly what he quoted. There was absolutely no up-charge. His price was highly reasonable. For reference, we had quotes that were 3 times more expensive.

If I need any further assistance for any plumbing issues, I will only call Spotless Plumbers. Thank you very much!!!
