Water Heater Colorado

I used Water Heater Colorado for the first time and they did a great job fixing my pressure valve. Arrived on time, examined the problem, proposed a solution and fixed the problem. Very clean and very professional, did not leave a mess when left and followed up on the next day to ask if there are any issues. Highly recommend!!!

We bought our house last year and since it is a big house the hot water was very slow coming up to the 3rd floor and our water bill was skyrocketing since we have to wait for hot water to take shower with warm water. Per Andon's suggestion, they (the company) installed an additional pump above the actual water heater which brought the hot water upstairs in less than 10 sec. Our water bill dropped from over$200 to an average of $50 to 70 dollars!!!! Also, Andon installed a new faucet in the kitchen since the old one was leaking and I wanted a new fancy faucet with a sensor. He not only installed it but also made some improvements to the existing hoses and connectors for better performance and explained why he recommends those improvements.
Their prices are fair and their service is %100 white glove and beyond. If they need to install a part which is could be more expensive, they will talk to you and give an options, you always can say No and go with cheaper of course but I care about quality besides quantity. Andon also can give you a talk and walk-through about tank vs tankless water heaters which is on our to-do list with the new house.

You never think about how old your water heater is until it breaks! Of course it was on a Sunday morning. I called several businesses who were unable to perform an install that same day. One of them, suggested that I call Water Heater Colorado to see if they could do it on the same day. I called and spoke with Andon. He asked a few questions to understand what I needed. He asked for a few pictures of the water heater via text and called me back within 10 minutes. He was clear and upfront about what he thought I needed and gave me a quote right away. Andon showed up on time and was very professional. He was finished in less than two hours. When he was done, he took the time to explain everything to me. He went over the proper care of the new water heater and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I was very happy with the service I received and the professional work that Andon provided. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Everything was done fast and with perfect quality. Responsive and professional.

Andon was able to replace our broken water heater within a couple of hours from when we called. He also walked us through the warranty claim for the old one at Home Depot. Andon also diagnosed the cause for the leaky water heater as a broken pressure regulator and replaced that as well. All of this for 1/5th of what Applewood wanted just to replace the water heater! Great customer service and fully explained the problem and features of the new water heater. Best service I have had in a long time.
