I have lived in my house for over 35 years and have dealt with several plumbers. Payton was fantastic. I had a leak in a valve to my evaporative cooler, and Payton replaced the valve. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

He was the quickest to respond so I moved forward with him. He swapped out my old sump pump for a new one. I told him before I started I didn’t think it was installed right. He swapped it and said everything was fine. My crawl flooded after weeks of heavy rain. Payton swapped the pump immediately, but didn’t fix my issue. Days after the install we continued to have tons of water in the crawl space. After his 2nd trip to my place he said it was my problem and he had done all he could for me. Stopped responding to my texts and calls… I ended up having to call another company to fix my issue. Paying the same amount I paid out just days prior.The water being pumped out was flowing back into the crawl in the same hole the pipe was coming out of. Because the pipe wasn’t long enough! The water was pooling up on the side of the house and flowing back into the crawl. It took a real professional with years of expertise about 10 minutes to see what the issue was. Unfortunately Payton left us hanging.. I wouldn’t recommend this guy. Save your self some time and call a professional. I wasted time and money utilizing this man’s service!!

I had an old water heater that I knew was coming to the end of its life. Also my boiler was getting old and I didn’t have a clue about it so I wanted to see if it needed to be replaced as well. Payton came out and checked it all out for me. Changed out my water heater and decided it was best to get my old boiler out of there as well. His install was above my expectations and his work was next level. I would recommend bootstrap plumbing to anyone.

I've worked with Payton at Bootstrap for multiple projects across now two different households and he's consistently been fantastic. My original home is a 1947 build that was developing significant waste drainage issues beneath the flooring. A different plumber proposed an extremely invasive repair plan that would have torn up flooring throughout my basement at a cost of over $22,000. There was no way I could afford this, to which he said there is no other option. This, I would learn, was a total lie.

Payton came in and diagnosed the problem, found a highly effective solution (it's been a year now and everything works fantastic) that didn't displace any flooring outside of my laundry room AND was able to run a new drain and water line to a new kitchenette I wanted in the basement. All of that was done for under $8,000. Apples to apples (the sink and drain wasn't included in the $22,000 bid), he cost about 25% as much as the other bid for the same issue, which is obviously both amazing and insane. He's completed several other smaller projects for me since and has remained extremely reasonable on pricing and very predictable on quality of work. Payton's a great dude of super high integrity. Hire this guy.

I am SO appreciative of your help on this plumbing issue. I woke up this morning thinking I was going to have to spend obscene amounts of money to get this drain moving, and tear up my basement, and probably not use my kitchen sink or dishwasher for months, and now my drain's working and holy s*** I can't tell you how much of a relief that is!

Payton was awesome! He was able to come within the timeframe that I needed and was able to fix the issue that I had with my toilet. He’s super knowledgeable and is very responsive with his communication. I’d highly recommend him for any plumbing issues that you have.

But this time, I have to!
My family have been dealing with plumbing issues at our old old house.
We just spent $5000 on changing kitchen line pipe (only 5 feet) with another company.
We are not happy with their service.
Can’t shake the feeling that they ripped us off.

Anyway, meanwhile we had an emergency, major leaking on under the sink pipe at middle of the night. Even we close the main water line, still leaked.

I called the same company. They said I have to wait until next morning. Dang!
I called several different companies but no one couldn’t come.
N I called this company. BOOTSTRAP!
He answered n he came for us. It was around 12am! Hallelujah!! Thank god!
He fixed the problem quickly.
When he left he said if there is a problem call him back.

Unfortunately, had very very small leak.
It could b left alone. But my personality couldn’t let go. Sorry to bugging you Payton 😂
He had to came two times more.
Didn’t charged at all for those trips.
He kept his words. Patient, honest, responsible..
I can’t say thank enough!
From now on We don’t need to go through all those companies who try to rip u off.
