Don’t even consider using Brothers for your service needs. I called them for two different items. One was a broken exterior hose bib. They came out and charged me $67 for a trip free to tell me they were going to charge $650+ to replace it. To put that in perspective that’s a $50 part and $600 in labor for a job that’s 1-1.5 hrs of work. Their business model appears to be to have technicians drive around the city and give ridiculous quotes, and only do work for suckers who are willing to pay the overprice fees. My second thing I called them on was an AC maintenance. I have two units, they looked at the first and said I need to fully replace it ($20k quote) and then they didn’t even do the routine maintenance on the other unit. Again charged a $97 for a trip fee and didn’t even do the work I requested. To make matters worse the AC unit they did look at is operating every worse than before I called them. NEVER EVER use these guys. Find a better company!! They are living on a business model of over priced work and hoping they get some people to agree to their high prices since they have a captive audience

Please look at the reviews of the main office in Thornton. There are over 2000 there. I had electrical and HVAC work done today and am extremely happy with them. They found a tangle of uncoated wires in my ceiling that was a huge fire risk. They worked twice as long as planned to fix that as well as the original job. I was not charged double, however. I am so glad that they have a conscience to fix unsafe situations and be reasonable with their prices.

I had a problem with a toilet. Called brothers and explained the symptoms I was seeing with the toilet and the things I tried to fix it before calling them. The plumber grabbed the same kind of tool I just finished telling him I used and attempted to fix my toilet with it. It worked for 6 days before going back to being problematic. I was told over the phone I had to pay $45 for the plumber to come out but if I agreed to do the service that $45 would go towards whatever work was being done. The plumber who showed up said it'd be nice if we did that, but we don't and I paid $45 plus the full cost of his visit. Wasted nearly $200 for a guy to do the same thing I've done before and nothing was fixed.

We had Richard P yesterday fixing our plumbing lines. He was just exceptional. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, very friendly. I would recommend Brothers in a heart beat with my eyes closed. Excellent company with exceptional technicians.

Booked an appointment to fix our sprinklers. The day before the appointment, they called and canceled it. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will never call them again.

I have always used Apple Plumbing. I have owned 8 homes in the Denver area. I thought that I would give Brothers a chance due to the $50 discount for new customers. Their sales pitch is we price by the job, not the hour...giving the customer a better price . Do not fall for this as I did. This company makes up for the discount by charging nearly a huge mark-up on parts. My fault, I should not have used them, but I needed the job done. The technician was a gentleman...However, when I asked for a breakdown of costs separating parts cost from labor, he would not answer...said he did not know. Yea, right!! This company charged me $300 for a part I could have purchased at Home Depot for $25. The owner called me after I left a message regarding my dissatisfaction with their pricing. She begged me to give her company good scores.
Do not, I repeat, do not let yourself get ripped off like I did.
