Here are some before and after pictures of the service performed today by Robert from Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. He was very professional, respectful, and there was no doubt in my mind that he put his best effort in todays carpet repair and every other one outside of my home. On February 23rd, we moved into a brand new home that we spent 18 months building. One week after moving into the house, while unpacking boxes, I accidentally spilled drops of bleach all the way across 18 steps of stairs, through a loft area and into the laundry room area. I was absolutely devastated because this was our home that we had so much pride of ownership in.I immediately googled carpet repair services in my area and came across Phoenix Carpet Repair. I spoke to Kim, the office manager, and shared with her pictures of the bleach damage. She gave me an initial quote to re-dye a sample spot. The next day, Robert - the owner of the company - came on site to fix the damage. He dyed a sample spot to ensure that it was a great match. I was incredibly surprised how accurately he was able to match the actual carpet color. The area was literally indistinguishable from the undamaged area. I was very pleased so I asked Robert to dye the remaining areas. A few hours later he had fixed all the steps, the loft etc. We even took a hair dryer to dry the spots and it dried perfectly. This saved me thousands of dollars and the carpet looks brand new again!!! Very pleased with the services we received.

Horrible Edging!We had a very nice rug that was destroyed by our puppy so we took the rug to this company. They told us they could hand stich or use the machine to repair the damaged edge, and as a customer you have no idea what either option will give you in the end. What they should have told us was the inadequate job that the machine would have done to this carpet and said that we either will hand stich only or we are not skilled enough to do the job. Please look at how the carpet was repaired. It went form $2,000 rug to a Walmart quality thanks to them. It originally laid flat and barely had a visible edge originally, and now the edging sits on top of the rug, is bulging, and doesn't allow this side to lay flat. I would not recommend this company for higher end material if they stand behind this. Customer name: Brady F. Cost $400 for this!
I had to have a bleach stain on my carpet fixed. I was torn between trying to dye or replace the carpet. I decided to replace the section. To my surprise the spare carpet I had worked perfectly. The tech only cut out a circle chunk just bigger than the stain to fix. Fabulous results. So happy with how it turned out.Btw I called and they sent a tech out next day! Awesome service.
We moved into a house that had newer carpeting, but was not stretched properly. Phx Carpet repair came out and stretched it, plus cleaned it, and it looks brand new. The service guys was very friendly and helpful and good at what he does!! So grateful for their services.

Phoenix carpet repair were able to quickly, easily, and professionally stretch and repair the pet damage from my dog chewing the edge my carpet. Had a few bare carpet spots dogs created when they were puppies…now that they are grown and behaved decided to try and have them carpet repaired before being replaced. Glad I did. Robert was phenomenal. The precision and detail he puts into the repair made it look like nothing ever happened. We had the tile/grout in the kitchen cleaned, the carpet on the stairs cleaned, and a large area rug cleaned. They all turned out great!
My carpet is only four years old and, within two years, started to show hills and bumps; it was driving me crazy. So, I Googled for carpet repairs and cleaning, checked the reviews, and decided to call Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning.Kimberly, who I spoke to on the phone, was very kind, and the appointment was set up two weeks after. She sent the picture of the technician and everything you need to know about the employee who is coming to the house.Nate was the technician who came to repair my carpet. He called 30 min before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Once in my house, Nate explained why the hills and bumps happened. Our daughters dog tore up our carpet and pad where the door opens. It looked awful, and since it was beyond the point of being stretched to make it work, we thought we had to rip out the 5 month old carpet, and buy new. Robert came out to look, and in 45 minutes had taken a piece of our scrap carpet, seamed it into the existing, and left it looking like nothing ever happened. Huge money savings, and a huge relief we don’t have to unpack the room just to have new carpet brought in. Will definitely come to them whenever there is a need. Friendly too!10/22/20 Update:!Round two another repair worse then the first in this photo!!! I’m so amazed at how this company does this. Amos thank you for doing such a great job!! We are so incredibly satisfied with the service we received from Robert. Everything discussed in the email prior to the appointment was completed at the time of service. Our carpet was damaged in two areas thanks to our 10 month-old puppy, but luckily we did not have to replace the entire room like we originally thought. Robert was very friendly and professional, he got the job done quickly and our carpet looks better than it did when we moved in! I would definitely recommend using Phoenix Carpet Repair.

Wonderful company. In addition to cleaning my carpet they restretched it and got rid of the wrinkles. Brandon did a great job and was very understanding and helpful.They also helped me to set up furniture movers so I could get carpet stretched. I am terrible at completing Reviews. I get busy and forget to do it, but, with this company, I am taking the time to do this review. Phoenix Carpet, Repair & Cleaning deserve the accolades and praise. I used them on two different occasions.First – in April 2021 we had new carpet installed throughout our home. We traveled in June 2021 and one of our doggies decided to dig a hole in the carpet in our Master bedroom. Our house sitter was speechless, but when we got home, I Googled Carpet Repair companies. I decided to go with Phoenix Carpet and Repair solely because of the review. They were able to set an appointment quickly and cut out the shredded carpet and put a perfect replacement piece in. Even though the carpet was only 3 months old the replacement piece was noticeable. I had Phoenix Carpet come back to clean the carpet in the room. It was amazing – the replacement piece was unnoticeable, just like new.Second – Since we do have two medium-sized dogs I do typically have the carpets in our home cleaned every 8-12 months. At the beginning of February 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Phoenix Carpet Cleaning. Once again AMAZING! (I forgot the name of the technician), but he was outstanding. While he was here, I also had a sectional couch in our TV room which is over 6 years old cleaned and it is like new.I recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and suggest that they be your first and only call for anything carpet. They are reasonably priced, and you will not be disappointed.

Phoenix carpet cleaning came out at the behest of my AC replacement company as they had dripped a few drops of solder into my carpet. The repair is basically invisible and the tech gave me some free spot cleaning solution after seeing a nearby stain. Spot cleaner worked great and so fast!
This is the second time I've used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning for move out carpet cleaning, and both times, they've done a phenomenal job! I had Amos as my technician for both jobs. We used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to fix the entrances to a couple of doorways that the cat had torn up. Robert did a great job! Super professional, very friendly, and also very fast! Robert and one other came by to assess the damage done to the area where my carpet met the tile in my front walkway, and they were able to patch it up and make it look entirely brand new! Super nice people, even said hello to my curious cat, Sloan. I didn’t know that carpet repair could look this good, but they managed to do it with ease and in no time at all. Brandon arrived in the time window that was given initially.He was professional and courteous.The carpet repair is flawless, you cannot see where one ends and begins, it is seamless.He gave some instructions about the carpet, staying off of it and letting it dry etc.I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

My experience was outstanding with the team. They explain to everything in detail even the potential risks but in the end the carpet replacement came out way better than I expected. Owner explained viable options to me also provided additional services without any sales pressure the cost was very reasonable and for the work that was done was absolutely outstanding. I'll be using them for carpet cleaning and any other carpet or tile water type mitigation situations that I need in the future I highly highly recommend them. Their communication via email over the phone and in person was 100% professional and accurate and left nothing to be questioned. We had carpet in one of our bedrooms stretched. Phoenix Carpet Repair did an excellent job . I live in Flagstaff and they service this area. Brandon was friendly, timely and professional. He did an excellent job using a power stretcher which really made the carpet tight. He showed us how you could barely pull up on it. I highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning.

I am so pleased with Phoenix carpet repair. I called mid morning and they were able to get me in same day! I was initially just calling for a carpet repair but their rates were great for cleaning so I asked to get my carpet and rugs cleaned as well - I’m so glad I did! Brandon did an awesome job. He treated my carpets as if they were carpets in his own home. He worked very hard for 2 and 1/2 hours. Kim in the office was excellent, understanding, very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.
I had Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning out today and they did a fantastic job! I had torn up carpet from cats and needed some patchwork done. I would have paid over 4k to get the entire upstairs carpet replaced if Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleeaning was not able to do the patch work, so happy they were able to do it! Fair pricing for a job very well done. I will be recommending them for anyone in need of carpet repair.

Brandon came today to do some repair spots, and shampoo the carpets. He was professional, respectful, punctual and down to earth on what we needed done. The carpets turned out beautifully! The best professional carpet cleaning I've seen in our years of having it done. The patches were hardly able to be found, after they were shampooed- the carpet looked like new! I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I have used them twice. Each time I receive a prompt call back or email when making my reservation. Followed by a written estimate for the repair. Neither time have I been charged additional fees. The recent repair was for stretching of my carpet. Danny did an AWESOME job of re-stretching the carpet. It was a 200% improvement. He is a true carpet professional that has been in the business for 16+ years ---and is shows! He was very diligent about making sure the carpet was laying properly. In addition to that he was very customer oriented and polite! What a pleasant surprise..... Our dog chewed the carpet on the bottom and top step of our stairs. Called Phoenix Carpet Repair and within two days had someone onsite to fix the carpet. Robert was very professional and straightforward about the work needed. He did a phenomenal job repairing both steps to the point you can’t tell they were even damaged.Will be reaching out to them again for any future repairs needed.

Danny was my technician and i started out with stretching and cleaning carpet. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job on the stretching and the cleaning made my carpet look like new. He also suggested their service for my tile and we ended up doing it same day. I needed a company to cut down a large area rug for use in different room. It was heavy, bulky and had some cleaning needed. Not only did Phoenix Carpet come out to Gilbert to pick up with in just a few days after initial phone call, they finished project much earlier than anticipated and had it delivered to my door within a weeks window. The carpet looks amazing, they had to put binding on a couple of sides and it matched the existing edges perfectly. The office was stellar in communications as well, notices sent when finished, when pick up van was on its way and after delivery, photos sent to show where rug was left. This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Can't say enough good things about their excellent customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Their office staff is unorganized and because of that they are trying to scam me out of a cancellation fee. I talked to their office and told them of my situation that they should not come to this customers house ...unless the actual client calls to confirm. I told them I was doing a good deed for this person and was going to pay for carpet to be fixed. That this wasn't for me SO they had to confirm with the actual customer. Bethany agreed and understood and said she will wait for confirmation. If she did not get confirmation , she would not keep appointment on the books. . However , I stupidly put my credit card with them. I already told them they are not authorized now to charge it for some fee they are trying to get. Kimberly in the office Did not like that answer so are now threatening collections when I don't pay a Bill I'm not responsible for. I told her I will be writing a review about their responses , and she's now denying that they ever threatened on the phone to do fraudulent charges. Instead she's trying to get me to pay an invoice , I am not responsible for by threatening collections. It's unfortunate companies like this use people to make money. No integrity at all. I'm sorry the job never went through but it's your responsibility to be organized enough to follow through on your customers. They admitted the customer did not call so instead of talking to me ... they sent someone to sit outside the house so they can try to get money from me. I've now since talked to another customer that used their services. Let's just say ...thankfully they didn't go to this customers house. They are as disorganized at your house as their office is. Beware.

My 8 month old puppy damaged an area of carpet in my living room. I called Phoenix Repair & cleaning Wednesday and Robert was there to fix it by Friday. Got a quote over the phone and everyone was very professional. Carpet looks like new again! Would highly recommend and use their services again!
Robert did a fantastic job on our carpet. We had some pet damage, and Robert arrived and went straight to work. The replaced carpet looks fantastic, and, even though we had to use some from the closet, both the closet and the repair turned out looking very good.Robert did arrive 20 minutes outside of the scheduled arrival window, but he made sure to call as soon as he was on his way and gave me an accurate ETA, which I appreciated greatly. I will definitely reach out to them again with any other carpet repair needs!

Phoenix Carpet Repair came out to stretch and clean my carpets a year ago. They came back to clean this month and re-stretched my master closet when I pointed out it looked like it needed it. Carpets look fantastic. Brandon was a courteous, hard-working and accommodating technician. Highly recommend!

Undoubtedly another great experiences with this company. I have used this company previously for carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning and they have always been excellent. However this time I also had an ink stain in my carpeting. They were able to patch the spot with a piece of extra carpeting I had. You cannot even tell a repair was done as it looks so good. I wish I had before and after pictures to post. Brandon, my technician, arrived on time and was very professional and good at making my carpeting look amazing. I highly recommend this company.

My dog tore up the carpet transition from my bedroom to hallway and didn't think it was fixable. I called and spoke to Robert who was very knowledgeable, professional, and offered to even come out and repair the same day. I ended up having him out the following day and was very impressed with the results. I can't even tell that a repair was done. In addition he was on time and extremely professional. I highly recommend Robert and his staff if you need carpet repairs done in a timely and professional manner.

We called to repair pet damage. They were available the next day! The quote given was fair and was what I was charged. Prices were very clear. Brandon was the technician and he was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable, precessional, friendly, and worked quickly. He evaluated the damage, offered the best options and prices. Very easy to schedule, rep on the phone was friendly, and got somebody out the same day. The young man went right to work, got the job done quickly and was also friendly. The work was completed and looks great. I had some major destruction at all the door thresholds, and he patch those that needed it perfectly and was able to to stretch the other. The experience with Phoenix Carpet Repairs was exceptional from start to finish. The person I spoke with on the phone to start was helpful and polite. When we booked they sent a picture of the repair person. - Robert (turned out to be the owner) in front of the truck so we knew what to expect. This was so reassuring and it established them right away as a company that is concerned for its customers.As for the repair. Robert was right on time, very pleasant and did a great job fixing the whole our puppy created in our carpet.Should the need arise we wil definitely use them again.
Super professional, friendly, well groomed knowledgeable techs, and most importantly, SPECTACULAR work. They turned old, dingy, apartment-grade carpet into carpet that looks practically brand new. Small carpet repair completed perfectly in under an hour and the cleaning rocked out in about an hour after that (for 4 rooms, stairs, and a landing). I would HIGHLY recommend, especially since my new house is all laminate and I'll have no chance to use them again myself anytime soon.

I Had a spot in my home where the carpet was coming up and had bad edge fraying where it met up with floor tile. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and they were able to show up the next day. Robert, the owner showed up ON TIME. He was cheerful, friendly, and very professional. He took all the covid-19 precautions, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer etc. The repair took about 40 minutes and was an outstanding job. He re-stretched, re-tacked and trimmed the frayed edge. Now it looks like there never was an issue in that spot ever. The pricing was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than getting new carpet. I highly recommend this company.

Brendan did an amazing job repairing our carpet. Our dog had chewed quite a big piece of the living room and we were incredibly impressed at how he was able to work his magic and not only fix the damaged area, but right after he finished, the landlord came in and didn't even notice it had ever been damaged. My wife and I had Phoenix Carpet Repair fix 2 areas of carpet damaged by cat claws, the carpet to carpet area under master bedroom door and the carpet to tile transition at the walk in closet. From the beginning, the entire team answered of my questions promptly and were very friendly. Professional, clean, fast, and trustworthy company to bring into your home. After searching and reading reviews, PHX Carpet Repair seemed like a good choice. I called and Robert was able to get my work done the same day at an affordable price. My repair was stretching to remove ripples and fix tile transition problems in 5 rooms, 1 hallway, and a walk in closet. They were quick and the final result looks great. Especially the stairs! Would use them again for any carpet repair needs.

Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.I had them repair a spot where the master carpet meets the master bath tile. The carpet was coming up and I kept stepping on the tack strip through the carpet. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was acceptable - how great is that!?!), looked at my repair and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He even had a Plan B if that repair was not satisfactory.I was so happy with the results I am going to try them for carpet cleaning.
Very professional! The carpet from my living room that tucked to the tile to my kitchen became untucked after my dog slid across (and underneath) it. Our new puppy destroyed four different areas of our carpet. We hired these guys to repair it and they did a fantastic job. They showed up well within the time frame they gave us and let us know when they were on their way. I believe Brandon was the person who did our carpet and he was very friendly and professional, did an excellent job on our carpet and did not leave a mess behind. The quote they gave us was very accurate and there were no hidden fees. I definately reccomend this company if you are looking to get work on your carpet.

Can't tell that it ever even needed a fix. These guys are awesome, I called Friday at 5pm because my puppy destroyed my carpet in a bedroom and they were able to schedule first thing Monday morning. Robert and Joey were super sweet and explained what they were going to do to correct the damage. Much cheaper then replacing the whole upstairs. Great price, great attitude, and awesome customer service. You can tell they defiantly take pride in customer service. Will use again if the puppy goes crazy, and I will also be referring people out to them :)

My neighbor recommended Phoenix Carpet Repair as he prepared to sell his house. Said he had worked with them successfully on three other properties, both during living in the houses and as he prepared them for sale. I met one of them when they came to his house and inquired about the house I am preparing for sale for my client.From the first interaction on the phone with Kim, things progressed beautifully. She advised me on the costs up front and assured me the Tech would advise as to whether cleaning would eliminate the horrific feline urine odors or if it would be better to replace the carpeting. She gave me accurate cost scenarios.I couldn't get to the house before the Tech, Hector arrived early (he called to ask whether it would be acceptable so that he could spend a little more time on the problem areas) He gained access and called me to discuss his assessment of the problems, we made some decisions and he got to work.By the time I arrived, Hector was ready to show me all he had accomplished. The 2800 sq ft house smelled great. Huge improvement and Hector had transformed the carpet. It looked brand new! I felt bad because I had planned to help him move furniture and because of my delays, he moved everything including a queen sized bed into the hallway by himself.Thanks for a great job Hector and Kim. I called and within 2 hours they were at my house. Dan is a very nice hard working guy. He was even very friendly to my dogs that managed to get inside while he was working. He has been working with carpets for 30 years and is a true professional. Carpets look and smell great. They would be my 1st choice next time i need work done. The price did not go up from the quote like previous places i have dealt with.

Our dog chewed a 7 inch by 1 inch piece of carpet at the edge where it meets ceramic tile. The repair needed to use a piece of carpet we kept from the original installation and it is a great match and seamless job of repair. Also, repaired a small tear where the carpet meets vinyl flooring. All good repairs and fast and amount was exactly as quoted. I will use them again.

Just got our carpets serviced by Robert and we are very pleased with the results! We had an accident and ended up with a huge (about a 7”x5”) TOTALLY white spot in the tan low carpet. However, in under 20 minutes it’s literally as good as new!! Robert was extremely helpful, polite, skilled, and we probably couldn’t have wished for much more. Thanks! ?
My husband and I recently bought a house. While we were renting our apartment our pup chewed up a couple of small holes in the carpet. We had Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning scheduled to come out the day after we moved to stretch the carpet and patch what they couldn't stretch.When we got into the new house we had a carpet cleaner come in and he highly recommended we get the carpet stretched. He came to clean on Monday and we had already scheduled the movers to come out on Wednesday. I gave Phoenix Carpet repair a call to see if they could get out the following day to get the carpet stretched and they made it happen.They called ahead, showed up on time, and were very friendly and on it. They measured the carpet and gave us the estimate up front. They told us the time frame and offered to call us 30 minutes before they were done since we needed to run some errands. When they were done the carpet looked amazing. ALMOST brand new. It feels really good to walk on, no more tripping over lumps. I'm a klutz, so it's not hard to do.We had them out to the condo after we moved out, they were not able to stretch the carpet, so they pulled out a piece from the closet and patched the holes. You could not tell the carpet had been patched, and the carpet they placed in the closet was a very close match.These guys are great at what they do and willing to work with you to get things done in your time frame and budget. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future needs.

Great job! We were referred to Phoenix Carpet Repair by a colleague. Our puppy dug through our carpeting, down through the padding. Phoenix Carpet came in and used some of the remnant carpeting we had, patched the area and you can't tell the difference! It's a very low pile, looped carpeting, so I was extremely concerned the patch would be obvious. You can't even tell! Great work, great price! Thank you!

We are very satisfied with the outcome of our cleaning and repair Robert came first and told us what he could do to fix our carpet which was extremely damaged from our dogs tearing it up and he fixed both areas flawless, im also extremely happy with the cleaning service as well my carpets look brand new, I have a little baby and they recommended some things to help protect my little one. We were very thankful to find Phoenix Carpet Repair. Our cats tore up one of our carpets by the door after being accidentally locked inside a room, and trying to get out. i called and they fit me in the same day and did an excellent job. The carpet looks new again.

I needed a small piece of carpet replaced in order to sell a rental property. They came out same day and did such a great job you can't even tell where it was damaged. Their price was fair for the amazing job they did. The house was on the market for a week with 20 showings and no offers. I received a full price offer the very day after their repair. They also provided me before and after pictures since I wasn't on sight. Great job.

Robert did a great job of stretching the carpet in 1 room. He was on time (early), provided great communication, knows his business; explained process and why it had a ripple. He was efficient, fast and cleaned up. Carpet looks great! He and his team were a total joy, easy to work with and prompt communication from initial inquiry to job completion.
I had to have 2 rooms of carpet removed and then replaced with new. When setting up the appointment Kim was courteous and friendly. They were able to get me scheduled within 4 days, right on the date and time I was hoping for. I had the new carpet already at my location (Donated to me by a good friend), and thought I was in for a couple of carpet seems since I thought my carpet pieces were a couple inches short. These guys worked some kind of magic, the carpet fit, no seems, and was done in less than 2 hours including removing of the old. After trying to get scheduled with other places, and getting astronomical quotes and unavailable dates, I can easily recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. Hands down, the Best Value and Excellent service, A Top Notch company.

Twice I've hired this company for carpet repair (both homes I've owned) and once for cleaning as well. The house smelled wonderful after they left and the carpet were well for nearly a full year. Five Star service! We called on December 23rd, expecting that we would have to wait until after Christmas, low and behold they were at our home less than two hours after we called! The repair to the carpet was amazing. Our adorable kitty had decided to re-decorate a section (or two) and the work that Danny did was great! Absolutely seamless! Better than new! I am a real estate professional and have recommended them to several clients. Recently I had the opportunity to oversee one of the Jobs they did for my client and it was fantastic. They took what looked to be a replace the carpet situation because it had rolls through the carpet in all 3 rooms and stretched it to fit right then did an awesome job on the cleaning looked as if they had put brand new carpet into the home.On top of the carpet they cleaned and resealed the tile which was a night and day difference literally! The grout was suppose to be gray but was black from years of not cleaning.Long story long their work was on point, the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Kyle was great! My grout was blackened and the before-and-after were amazing. He went ahead and spent extra time to make sure my tile grout was as clean as it was supposed to be when the house was new.Carpet stains are gone. He took his time and made sure that the problem areas got the attention they needed. My flooring needed someone with attention to detail, and that's what they got. I'm a super happy customer.
Phoenix Carpet Repair came out July 2nd for service. They were extremely professional and respectful. Not only did they show up on time they also provided great services and excellent craftsmanship . I will certainly use this company again. I called July 1st and they were out the next day.
There was a candle fire in one of my bedrooms. It burned a hole through my carpet, so I called Phoenix Carpet Repair. They gave it to me straight, managed my expectations. When I went to inspect the work, I was blow away by their work. Hopefully wont have to but I would absolutely use them again. 10/10, would recommend.
Brandon had a broad knowledge of carpet cleaning products, application, and other tretments as part of complete carpet care. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home, and was professional. We're repeat customers for carpet cleaning and repair, but this time we added on upholstery cleaning. Brandon called ahead to let us know what time he was arriving and was right on time. He got to work right away setting up barriers on the wall corners to protect paint and listening to my house tour pointing out special spots on the carpet and one extra dirty chair from too many years of heavy use. This took the better part of a day to clean this big house, but it looks fantastic at a very fair price. Had a hole in a walk-in closet right in the middle, Robert was able to replace it with leftover carpet that I had and you cannot even tell that the hole was ever there. PHoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning fixed a section of carpet destroyed by my dog. After the repair, you couldn’t tell there was previous damage. Very professional and fast. Would use and recommend to friends.
All I can say is I am impressed, the repair is perfect. Robert showed up on time and even called prior to heading over. Robert went above and beyond, I would have no problem recommending Phoenix Carpet Repair to any family or friend. We were almost at the point of replacing all of the carpet because of a relatively small tear in an entry way. Robert saved us a lot of headache and money being able to fix the damaged area. Great experience this morning with Brandon. He called just like the email appointment said and showed up when he said he would. Very professional and efficient. I liked the fact that he used corner wall protectors everywhere and anyone I have hired before never used those. I will certainly use Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning next time and will request Brandon.
Appointment was easy to schedule and timely . Robert arrived on time and was able to stretch and repair multiple areas of carpet in a clean and quick manner. This old carpet will hold out another few years after the reasonably priced repair.

My experience has been great so far, even long before they ever showed up. I had to reschedule the first time and they were very kind and professional in letting me do so. The guy showed up right on time to repair and clean the carpets. My dog had chewed up 2 separate parts of carpet and both repairs make it looks as though it never happened! In addition to the carpet being chewed up we had urine stains all over and a huge cranberry juice stain and now it is all gone! I couldn't ask for better service! Very affordable and fast! And very Professional!

I am very impressed with how well this company provides such a great customer experience. I have my degree in business and I am a very process minded person and I gotta say, from the customers end they do a REALLY good job! Bethany, the office person is great! She has a friendly voice, she explained everything, all my questions were answered even before I could ask which is huge and the expectation of what to expect from start to finish is set - all the bases are covered. They send an email introducing the technician which includes his picture. Just a lot of touches that make doing business with this company a home run! Even the tech Dan was very nice and genuine. Sometimes when you do business with service/trade companies you get a lot of complacent people or expectations that aren't lived up to. Not with these guys. They exceeded my expectation at every turn which is pretty hard to do! My carpets and sofa LOOK GREAT TOO!

Russ did a fantastic job cleaning both the carpet and tile on our first floor condo. The tile looks cleaner than I've ever seen it, and all of the dirt and daily grime is gone from the carpet. Drying time was quick as well, these people really know what their doing. We'll be contacting them again next year for our yearly cleaning. Thank you Russ for the great work.Update 11/18/2016: Dan came and did the carpet in my living and dining rooms, as well as the main entry hallway, and the kitchen tile. As always, our carpet looked fantastic when the job was complete. Our carpet looked like new, and when I wipe us a mess from the kitchen floor, the rag doesn't turn brown with dirt and grime. Brandon was right on time and once again did a great job. We have an area rug that's very difficult to clean due to the direction on the nap. He took his time and did it right. This is the best carpet company I have ever used.
My Puppy decided to tear up the carpet literally right before I moved out! Guess he was stressed, but I was stressed about paying for all new carpet until I found Phoenix Carpet Repair...Robert and his team showed up right on schedule and literally were almost done with repairs before I got back from picking up the replacement carpet from home depot!The repairs are perfect, you virtually can't see there was ever any damage. I thought it was about time to replace our 10 year old carpet due to badly worn high traffic areas. I seen Roberts truck on the road and decided to give cleaning it a shot before I jumped in to the replacement of it. To my surprise it came out much better than prior cleanings I was having done by Sears which I thought was a reputable company. Roberts staff knew everything there was to know about carpet and I was extremely impressed by this, his professionalism and timeliness. I highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair for all your flooring needs! We will use him in another year or two for carpet and padding replacement.

The experience--cleaning 3 bedrooms and an area rug--was smooth from start to finish, including scheduling and communication during the process.Brandon was so nice, prompt, knowledgeable and informative, , and did a great job on the cadets and rug. All in all, very professional, I would definitely use Phoenix Carpet Cleaning and Repair again, and in fact have used them for repairs on the past.
They arrived not even 20 minutes after my phone call! the technicians were nice and very knowledgeable. My dog ripped up two portions of the carpet and they had it fixed and cleaned up in less than a half an hour. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!

We received excellent service from Robert the owner of the company himself. Our carpet installers would not respond, in a timely manner, to our request to stretch the carpet they installed. We were forced to obtain service elsewhere. Phoenix Carpet Repair came to our rescue. PCR told us they were booked for the day. However, when the owner Robert learned of the urgency of our situation, he himself came out and did an amazing job!!!
We had our carpeting stretched. They stretchers and the movers worked as an efficient team to allow our buckled carpeting to finally be flattened. This looks wonderful. We followed up with cleaning the next day. The representative was very friendly and professional. His work was thorough. Our carpeting has not looked this good since we had it installed.

Great service from the time I made the appointment all the way through to the service. the owner personally completed my carpet stretching, did a great job. He also found some mold under the carpet in my bathroom due to a water leak and gave me some really good advice! I would recommend this company to anybody!
This is a company we will use again and again. They sent a picture and information ahead of time of the technician, Amos, who would be coming to clean our carpet so there was no doubt who to expect, and their vans are easily identified with the company logo. Amos was here when he said he would be here, and was kind and very professional. He did a great job and everyone was very pleased.

I am completely satisfied with my service from Phx Carpet Repair. They repaired a section of my carpet that was torn and also were able to get a red Gatorade stain out of another area. Hector was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend any of their services!

Robert and his trainee, Michael were so professional. I was skeptical about having the carpet repaired; afraid it would be obvious. The job they did is fantastic! After a couple weeks of calling around town and not being able to get anyone to the house, Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning got a same day appointment scheduled for a carpet repair. It was scheduled between 2 and 4pm, Robert was there as soon as I got home close to 2. He got the hole in the carpet patched perfectly and timely as well, he was done before 3 o’clock. This kind of prompt time line is a huge factor after calling so many other places. Thanks guys!

Staff arrived to complete carpet cleaning that followed was at least twicee as good as the previous company I used. We used Northern Arizona Carpet for our house near Flagstaff. Brandon was very professional and conscientious. I was surprised at how clean and stain-free the carpet looked when he was finished.

I had Robert out this morning to repair my carpet, that a visiting dog tore up. Robert is not only the most personable guy, but he is GREAT at repairing carpet and he even showed up early (after calling to see that that was OK!) Let me tell you when I saw my carpet all torn up from the dog, I thought OMG I will have to replace the whole carpet and I have wall to wall! No fear Robert patched up my carpet and you would never know a 3 lb chihuahua did any damage at all!!! What a FANTASTIC job he did. And it didn't take him long at all! I am absolutely amazed at what Phoenix Carpet Repair could do to fix my carpet! Within a few hours of calling they were at my house and repaired a pet damaged spot. I thought I would have to pay thousands of dollars to replace my carpet, but they did the job beautifully and saved me a lot of heartache and money. Next day service. Hector was amazing!! Absolutely no evidence of the chewing our puppy did on the edge of the carpet; a foot long and inch wide along the tile. I was convinced we were going to have to get new carpet, but Hector stretched and it looks perfect....seriously appreciative of Hector!! Not only does my carpet look perfect, Hector was kind and personable, didn't leave a spec of carpet or dust behind...left the work space immaculate !! THANK YOU HECTOR!!

Kim took the order and provided an estimate based on the rooms being cleaned and one room having the carpet stretched. The estimate and final bill were the same.Dan arrived and got right to work. The stretched carpet turned out beautiful and all the carpets being cleaned look like they had been cleaned very well.Will use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks about these services!

My carpets were filthy and Brandon made them look brand new! He was very nice and early on the time window given which I really appreciated. My only suggestion to the company is that one can add a tip when paying by credit card. I didn't have any cash (my bad) and would have liked to have given Brandon something for his great service.

I scheduled Phoenix Carpet to come out and stretch the carpet in my master bedroom. Robert explained everything that he was going to do and really helped me understand how to care for my carpet. He suggested that post-stretching would be the ideal time to clean the carpet and Kim was able to get someone out to clean for me within an hour! My technician, Keith Hyler's service was prompt (same day I called), professional and friendly. I had an unusual carpet repair problem to be solved; I mistakenly placed a stool in position on the carpet before the felt I glued on the bottom fully dried. The glue was industrial strength!! Keith remedied the problem by carefully cutting the stool & carpet off the spot, then replaced the exposed area neatly with a new matching piece. There are no signs of repair; just a clean, renewed carpet area showing no seams! I will use Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning for seasonal cleaning services, repairs and referrals.
In March Robert came by our rental and repaired some carpet damage our dog made in the doorway. He did such a great job that the landlord never noticed the repair and we were able to get all of our security deposit back (which was considerably more than Robert charged us to repair the damage).Thanks Robert, we owe you!!

Bleach and brand new carpet are not a good mix and left us with white spots on our hotel's hallway carpet. Robert saved us from having to patch or replace these sections of carpet by dyeing the white spots to blend with our patterns. My biggest compliment is that I had to look for the spots he worked on. I was really impressed with Phoenix Carpet Repair. Bleach was spilled on my rug and it was pretty much beyond repair. Robert still tried to see if it would take dye which it wouldn't so he cut a section of carpet from my closet and carefully replaced the ruined area. He was prefessional and did an excellent job.

We scheduled Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning for carpet cleaning in a house we are currently renting. Both the owner and technician showed up on time. They were incredibly professional, explained everything that was being done, and made sure that we discussed any trouble spots before cleaning began. As they cleaned they alerted me to any issues that they found. I was very happy with the service. Although the carpets are over 15 years old, the difference from the beginning to end of service was night and day. I now completely feel comfortable allowing my children to play on the floor. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning/repair and will be calling them soon to get my grout cleaned.
I highly recommend phoenix carpet repair, our carpet was pretty torn up in a few places by our dog when he was a puppy, one spot was about 2 feet all messed up and within 10 minutes, it was like it was never there! I can't believe how good he did it, I though we'd have to drop 6 grand to change the whole houses carpet but oh my god, I'm so glad we called them over, I HIGHLY recommend.

Yep - it happened - red wine on a white carpet. Seriously! and a large area at that. I called one of the largest cleaning companies in the valley. They wouldn't even touch it. Then we found Robert at Phoenix Carpet Repair. Wow!!!! Problem solved! He is amazing! and crazy patient!! he spent hours working on removing every wine droplet on that carpet. It looks amazing! Very trustworthy and great great work. I wouldn't call anyone else.
We had some pretty rough carpet rips from our cats, and they came in and did a spectacular job repairing the carpet, to the point where you can't even tell it was worked on. You can tell they were very experienced and extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly, tooWould absolutely use them again for a repair in the future
We recently used Phoenix Carpet repair to clean a white linen chair for one of our clients. Our client is very picky so we were worried. Dan was my technician and he was amazing...had our floors retiled and the carpet needed to be re-tacked. The people who did our floors had a carpet guy (separate from them) to complete but couldn't make it out to my house for another 7-10 days. We just thought to look around and after searching I found PHX carpet repair. I made the call and they came that day!!! Even had a cancellation and could come earlier than expected. He finished in about an hour and a half, cleaned up , and completed the payment transaction! I can't sing their praises enough! What a fantastic company! Bethany was a pro over the phone and set everything up! Five stars and one happy family! You won't regret hiring them!

PHOENIX CARPET REPAIR AND CLEANINGOutstanding service! We were at the end of a rental move out and figured we'd rent a carpet cleaner and save a few dollars by shampooing the carpets ourselves. WHAT WERE WE THINKING?! The carpets were a mess....I called Phoenix Carpet Cleaning and Repair, got a quote and Daniel was there within an hour! He was professional, friendly and had four bedrooms looking better than move in day in short order. Even the baseboards were cleaned. I would highly recommend this company and Daniel.
Called yesterday to have the carpet tacked down at the tile transition. Robert came today. He was extremely pleasant. Worked efficiently & cleaned up the mess. He even took care of a snag in the carpet from the dog. I would highly recommend them.
We had our 13 year old carpet cleaned and repaired by Danny and now the carpet looks and feels amazing. The carpet was matted down in the high traffic areas but now the carpet looks new again and is very soft to the touch. He had to do a 1 foot square repair for an area that was damaged somehow by the previous owners. He took carpet from a closet for the repair and now you can't tell there was ever damage! Your company will have my business for life. We were going to replace the carpet this year, but now we should be able to wait till next year!

I had carpet damage from my dog in 2 rooms. The damage was along the edge where the carpet meets tile. The technician worked extra hard and was able to stretch the carpet along the tile edge in 2 rooms. He was successful and I am very pleased with the results! He even had time to clean the carpets in both rooms where he even removed a red drink stain. My home looks brand new now, and it is 9 years old.

Where do i begin? My frustrations started 3 days ago, youtube, and various visits to home depot. Dog chewed up a lot of carpet and they took carpet from the closet and used it for the area by the door in the master bedroom and make it look brand new, like nothing happened.
Great service, very nice carpet tech. My only issue is the 24 hr wait to put furniture back unknown to us.
The cat stains no longer smelled and are not visible unless you use a UV light.
These guys are great! Whoever originally installed my carpet sucked. After it was stretched by Phoenix Carpet Repair, it looks terrific. Don't put it off, call and get those bumps taken out of your carpet. you will not regret it!

First class! Robert was a professional from start to finish! My puppy chewed the carpet at first step of the stairs. Robert told me not to worry when he was finished you wouldn’t even know that you had a misbehaving puppy. True to his word it turned out better than I could of imagine. Highly recommended!

What a great job Robert did in stretching my carpeting! Very professional work. 5 plus stars for the work... And the people in the office are very professional too. There was a bit of a snag at the end because of pricing but it all worked out - 4 stars because of the snag.I have included a detailed description below as to how it all came together, if you are interested.The fine wool berber carpeting in one 10x12 bedroom and a hallway to it had pulled away from the wall in places in my home in Phoenix.. When the person living in my home moved out I noticed that it needed to be fixed because there was a gap of 2 to 3 inches along one side for about 2 feet and in the hall there was a gap of about 1/2 inch for a foot or so. A project manager that I hired found out about Phoenix Carpeting Repair & Cleaning through the online reviews and recommended that I try their service. He found it very easy to work with Stephanie, a professional and friendly person, when he was gathering the information for me so I could decide.It is a bit tricky to figure out how the charges will work out the way it is presented on their website and on their estimate invoice. My understanding is that it will cost you $90 for them to show up and give an estimate for the work which will be applied toward the work if you choose to have them do it... and you will pay that to them even if you don't agree with the estimate. That is the tricky part... you have to pay them at the time of the estimate. Fair enough to pay them for their time - a bit high for an estimate but it is what it is. The estimate that I was given on the invoice had a range for stretching the carpeting and a quote per square foot for the cost of stretching the carpeting. Pretty straight forward - I thought...If the person giving the estimate determined that the carpet could not be stretched but needed to be repaired a cost range for that service was also written on the invoice for the estimate. All of this information is provided on the paperwork before the representative from Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning shows up at your house. Good stuff - lots of information before they even come out.However, my experience was that when the estimate was given once the person was in my home that price was way over the high end of the range. I was not there and another person was representing me so I was caught when a text came my way to ask if I wanted them to go forward with the work. If I said, 'no', then I just spent $90 without the carpet being fixed, instead I said, 'yes', but planned on talking to them about the charge since it was 50% higher than the high end of the estimate range - or $125 more. Too much.I admit I came on a bit strong when I called the office but Kim, the office manager, worked with me to hear me out and I am happy to say that she and Robert were willing to compromise in order to bring the price down to the high end of the estimate and to meet my expectations that they set with the previous information they provided on the paperwork.Would I use them again? Yes Would I recommend them to someone? Yes.. but I would let the person know to be prepared and ask a lot of questions about what it could cost.

This was the 2nd time that our dogs ripped up the carpet, this time through the pad all the way to the concrete. Our repairman came in, was professional and worked quickly to fix the problem. Robert came to my house to deal with 3 issues. We had brand new carpet that got damaged all in the same room. A new puppy chewed a hole about 2 in diameter. Hee used some of our extra carpet, and repaired it in seconds. Another spot was chewed up from the edge. . . same puppy. The next spot was some dribbled bleach. One year ago I rented a house with two of my college friends and their 8 month old puppy, As you can imagine we destroyed our carpet. Today I walked through the house with my landlord and was assured we were getting the majority of our deposit back.We called Phx carpet repair and cleaning and they were able to send a guy out in no time, which was wonderful considering the sort notice before our move out date. Had another company (Kiwi) that said they could do repair on berber but when the technician arrived he unfortunately said they / he can’t. I was in a bind since we were moving and selling the house and called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and they got me in same day, a couple hours after I called, and even gave me a nice price! I wish I had just kept searching. Im giving one star because they were available quickly. I was listing my house for sale so I needed my carpets fresh and looking good and in a short time frame. The owner came out initially and was on time. I had my master bedroom restreched ($264) and there was a seam or something that had seperated so I needed that repaired also ($180). In my other two bedroom doorways they also needed minor repairs done ($90ea) And then all 3 bedrooms cleaned. The repairs in the two bedroom doorways did turn out ok and the stretching turned out ok. Was it worth the cost? Absolutely not. The problem comes in when the second guy (Mike) comes in to clean the carpets after the owner leaves. Im not sure what he was doing but it definitely wasnt cleaning! The carpets were barely damp, smelt like mildew was built up in the equipment and the equipment hadnt been cleaned in forever so now it stunk SO bad. Upon inspection when he said he was done I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction and called the owner. He acted as if were lying and this has never happened before. I asked him to come back out to see what I was talking aboit and he said he couldnt because it was 345 on a Friday. The lady that scheduled my appointment called and I told her that I REFUSED to pay for carpet cleaning because it wasnt clean. They kept saying 'oh its just the wear' ok I get that it will have wear but the carpet wasnt that old and WAS NOT CLEAN. The repair in the master bedroom burns me up everytime I look at it because its very obvious. They also said that they would use a piece of carpet from in my closet for the repairs and would replace with a piece that they have (another $100) so I told him where to take the carpet from and instead he took half the walk in closet so now I have half in one color and the other half in another color. Keep in mind I was listing my house. He offered to come out another week to reclean but that would mean ME being inconvenienced by having to take another day off. I went up to Lowes, rented a machine, got some cleaner and did it myself! Was NOT $700 worth of service!! $400 more and I could have just had all brand new carpet and pad installed from a big box store and it wouldnt look half a** like it does now.Wish I could post the pics I have after they cleaned and after I cleaned!

I love their professionalism and their customer service..... Dan was really good and I am requesting him back to do the rest of my house. He came on Tuesday to do 3 rooms and I asked him to come back Friday to finish my up stairs and he did. I was very comfortable and I even left him there alone bother times and he called me when he was finished. On Friday I didnt make it back to pay to him but he called the office and they let me pay over the phone. I would recommend this company and I love that I am treated more than just a customer. Brandon was our technician. He was very personable and did an excellent job of stretching our carpet that had ripples from moisture. We felt he went the extra mile in making sure it was done right.
Definitely worth it! The service tech Danny did a great job! My dog chewed up the edge of my carpet and I was worried that I might need to replace the whole thing, but Danny was able to fix it and make it look like new!

Kim answered the phone and was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They had a service person come out within a few hours including providing a courtesy call. This sounds like it's a family owned business and that the owner is working at the office as well, not like other businesses where the owner is absent. Kim was also very professional about providing an invoice and photos as she said she would after the job was done. The carpet looked seamless as promised. I will use Phoenix Carpet again in the future if the need arises. Thank you Kim.
I had Phoenix Carpet Repair stretch and clean my bedroom carpet that had become rippled and looked dirty in the traffic area. They did a great job stretching it so that all the ripples were gone and then cleaned it. It looked clean when they finished but as it dried the dirt in the traffic area could be seen again. I contacted them the next day and they sent out another technician to re clean the carpet. He used a stronger chemical on it and all the dirt came out. He said the reason it got dirty in the first place was when I had it cleaned a few years ago they removed all the protectant coating, so the dirt stuck to the fibers of the carpet. He put protectant on the traffic area so now it will stay clean longer. My carpet looks great now and they were so nice to redo it with no hassles. I would highly recommend this service.

Gotta say, i was concerned at first because I'd spent 2 days emptying bedrooms and moving furniture in preparation for my floor cleaning. They were supposed to show up between noon and 2. I got a call at around 10 am, telling me that they were running a bit late due to a large job that presented more challenges than they expected. They told me it would be 4:30 to 5 before they could get there and I already knew my job was going to take 4 to 5 hours. So now it was going to be 10 pm before they're done? Uhg! That was my concern anyway. So long story a bit shorter, they showed up at 4. The owner (Robert) showed up in person and began work with another member of his crew. They both got to work and 20 minutes later, another truck showed up, 30 minutes later another truck shows up. I now have 4 of their trucks in front of my house, all of them working. The job was done by 6:20 which was faster than it would have been have just one truck and showed up between 10 and noon. Our carpets are 13 years old and we have pets. So I was concerned that some of the spots we're not going to come up. Now that they are done, the carpets look great. No more spots. The tile is clean and the grout is a brighter color than I've ever seen it. They also sealed it. Every job can have its challenges, and when they had theirs, they stepped up and made it right and knocked it out like a true team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I put in a phone call to Phoenix Carpet Repair at 10am and they had their service tech out at 2;30pm to repair a 12 X 20 section of carpet, repair 2 seams in doorways, and replaced a bunch of pad. Yes, I am totally satisfied with them and would highly recommend them to everybody!
They did a great job patching some stained carpet. The carpet looks much better and and is hardly noticeable. The carpet is berber so it is very difficult to patch, but they did a great patching. Great carpet company.

Amos came out Friday. On time, friendly young man.I felt a little missled because when I initially looked them up on google the only video that was displayed for their carpet cleaning experience was different then the service provided. They do a basic steam cleaning which is no different then other competetiors in the area the only difference is they charge alot more! I’m used to paying a little over 100.00 for the same type of service, with them I paid 230.00.I did notice that the carpet was not left real damp which i really appreciated it. I gave 3 stars because the service in my opinion is just average. Again the same type of service is provided by most carpet cleaning companies - no wow factor, where I would be telling my friends or family about in the service or price.
Easy to make an appointment on the phone. They will call you 30 or 40 minutes ahead of time before they arrive, on time and professional.They did awesome job on repairing and cleaning my carpet. They are also very friendly, highly recommend

I met Robert in St. Petersburg Florida at a convention called Mikey’s fest where the next day Him and I along with many others mostly from Florida cleaned the Ronald McDonald House for sick children and families I’ve never had him do work for me I’ve seen impressive videos and before and after photos as well. I've used this company three times now.. The first two times the carpet repair came out great.. You could hardly see the repair but the third time I am not very satisfied ..I think the way he did the repair could have been much better if he had gone straight across so there would have only been one line visible instead of going halfway showing a line half way through, it looks patchy and could have looked much better if he would have went straight across just another 6 inches.. Wish I could post a pic.

Wow......these guys can't even come out and give you a free estimate?!!!! I just hate getting an estimate over the phone and then a tech coming out and saying well this wasn't included, that's not included. I just rather have somebody come out so we're all on the same page, so not my company of choice.....just saying!

First repair is $180. Second repair is $90. First repair was 4 inches by 2 inches. Second repair was 6 inches by 6 inches. You do the math.
