Darren was a consummate professional, his crews showed up on time, and met our every expectation. I highly recommend Scottsdale Bathroom Remodeling!

Needed some tile work to line up with existing tile around my pool. They were very friendly on the phone showed up when they said got the job done and did it well.

I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

Gina was absolutely incredible! I originally came in to pick out engineered hardwood. Gina took the time to figure out what my remodeling goals were and when she learned I was going to do my bathroom too, she helped me pick out the perfect materials. She spent so much time with me and help me create a stunning design. Most importantly, she was so much fun! Remodeling can be super overwhelming, but Gina made it something I actually enjoyed. I can't wait to keep tearing up this house so I can go back and see Gina!

McCurdy Construction is awesome. My wife and I wanted to close in a room with a closet to make it a third bedroom. After receiving different estimates, we chose McCurdy Construction. We are so happy we did.

The company's crew did a great job cutting out and then installing double doors. The crew members -- Derek, Manuel and Dave -- did a wonderful job cutting out and then installing the double doors to our now bedroom. They are professional, polite and extremely neat. They covered with plastic all affected areas and then took their time to thoroughly clean up. Derek also impressed me by doing such a great job putting up the mirrors we wanted over our fireplace and in the den. He measured everything to make sure they were in the right places and Manuel and Dave helped him put them up.

Kudos also to Rob, who explained everything that would occur, and to Tom, who took the time to understand what I wanted and then correctly measured everything.

The owner, Mike McCurdy, emailed me every night to let me know the work schedule for the next day. Talk about a company being customer focused.

Victor and his team were fabulous! I had my cabinets refinished and put in new countertops. The work was top notch, the price was good, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. We could not be more pleased with how they look and the customer service we received along the way. I would recommend this crew to anyone! Great job Victor!

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!
Above all, his attitude shines. He has a positive energy, and is pleasant to others.
We hope to hire him again for future jobs!

OUR PROJECT ( #LBH0317) WAS A TEAR OUT OF AN OLD BATHTUB/SHOWER COMBO, THEN REPLACED AND INSTALL OF A NEW WALK IN SHOWER. SEAN, BRUCE, MARK & JT DID EXCELLENT WORK... WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, HELPFUL, AND WELL INFORMED ON SHOWING US WHAT WAS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

Had a10am appointment to get a quote on remodeling my home. No show, no call, no thank you. If this is an indicator how he does work, I saved myself a lot of problems.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
