Best Cabinets in Phoenix, AZ

We had no clue where to start when we wanted a kitchen re-do, but had a family member recommendation that we go with Jedd at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. We are so SO glad that we did!

Kenny and Alex are the nicest and very detailed, and noticed all the pieces I needed in the plan. I was unsure that the design would make my kitchen seem big enough, even at the outset, because we had a tiny and very odd-shaped small Del Webb kitchen, but they actually made the whole kitchen 10x bigger than I could have ever imagined! Even with virtually almost the same footprint as before, we have a peninsula that is actually a CONTINENT!!

The whole process was very detailed, and they allowed me to make several changes, even right up to when I ordered the cabinets, and adding an additional cabinet....AND changing from an all-white first selection to a Navy/White cabinet combo. It is GORGEOUS!!!

When it came to installation, Jedd and Jordan did an awesome job. They were fast to install the cabinets. It was never an inconvenience to us while they were here working. They both--actually all of them--are very professional and easy to get along with. Both Jedd and Jordan are very detailed and thorough.

I had Linda and Arturo install upper cabinets in my laundry room and I wanted a family owned small business to do the job. My home is a new build so I had the lower cabinets that they were able to build and match perfectly!

I have worked with Jeff for over 5 years in our home remodel projects. His knowledge is broad because he has done all jobs related to cabinets and countertops working his way from the ground up. He knows design and installation like no other. His skill set is critical because he never overlooks the tiny little details that make a huge difference in the end. He is easy to reach, prompt to return calls and does his very best to be available to meet you at the showroom, or at your job site, to accommodate your needs. He is on time for appointments, communicates with you about the status of your order so you can keep your contractors lined up and keep your schedule on track. Not everyone does all this, or has people that understand the importance of timing. We have shopped around a lot, and twice used other companies, but learned our lesson and just go to Jeff for our cabinet or countertop needs now. I hesitate to refer anyone, but Jeff is one of only 3 people I would recommend to others. (For the other two, one does hardscapes and one is a painter.) The cabinets looked amazing! But that was in the beginning. After 5 years, there were several areas that needed touch ups done. After weeks of no-shows, Brian came by one evening and, in his attempt to touch up my cabinets with standard Home Depot products, has instead made them visibly worse. That was last year. We have made multiple attempts to get him back out to fix the problem and uphold his 10 year warranty, but we have been ignored. I had hoped that he would honor his work, but, if you want a job done right, you should look elsewhere.

Update: Brian did come out following my review and he took the damaged doors back to the shop to be fixed. When he brought them back, he touched up the boxes where needed. My cabinets are back to looking great! And he left us with some product to touch up when needed. I am glad that the warranty was honored, but was not thrilled with how long it took.

I hired this company to renew my kitchen and they did a great job. Unfortunately I had a completely different experience this time when I hired them to renew the bathroom vanities. The biggest complaint I have is due to inconsistent and inferior workmanship and unresponsive customer service. I am disappointed that I have repeatedly called, emailed, and even came to the showroom and I haven't heard back from Arlette or Robert.

My pantry was out of control! My closet was unorganized and out of control as well. I called Matt Monroy at Classy Closets. With just a few measurements, he designed a system that was almost what I needed - I asked him if he could make the shelves a little deeper and with a click of his key the software made it my dream pantry. It was an affordable and really clean looking design. On the installation day, the installers were professional and executed the design just as Matt envisioned it. If you are remodeling your kitchen, Cabinet Solutions can be counted on for quality and service. We totally remodeled our kitchen and office. Lauren did an outstanding job of designing both the kitchen and office that we envisioned. The few small issues we did have were resolved immediately and,when needed, professional carpenters were sent out to assess and correct the problem. When we do our next remodel, Lauren and Cabinet Solutions will be doing it!

It's a pretty good place for cabinets and natural rock slabs for countertops. But if you're buying windows or doors bring all of your measurements and check your products thoroughly some of that stuff is better than others here
