Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Tempe designed our beautiful kitchen and laundry rooms. They completed the project in only 6 weeks which included gutting both spaces and starting over. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and on time. We are throughly delighted with the results and recommend Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Tempe to all our friends and acquaintances.

This company is absolutely the most dysfunctional, inefficient and unprofessional we’ve worked with. My family has attempted to retrieve cabinets that were paid in full and received by Sanels warehouse for weeks now. They’re mysteriously ‘verifying the delivery’ but we still have no idea if our cabinets are at their warehouse. We’ve had to call customer service daily to ask for updates. Then we got a call that the cabinets were ready for pickup. We organized the pickup with our contractor and then they called back to tell us they made a mistake and thought they were talking to someone else……..There’s obviously no communication lines between sales, customer service and the warehouse. How can it take weeks to tell us where our cabinets are and if they’re ready for pickup? We will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them if you’re on any kind of timeline. Sanels, Don’t bother responding to this review unless you can actually give us the cabinets.

The Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Tempe team was wonderful to work with, respectful at all times and kept the dust to a minimum. They also finished the job on time as promised. Very happy with the results!

I did have a cabinet damaged in shipment and Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Tempe was very easy to work with to get a replacement cabinet face and door shipped out to me. My wife liked the look so much that we subsequently ordered bathroom vanity cabinets as well.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! 6/6/2022 I purchased kitchen cabinets from Sanels wholesale cabinets. We had the whole kitchen torn up ready to install and we didn’t get any cabinets till 9/10/2022. When we got the cabinets delivered that I paid for and started the install to find out two parts were wrong built and one completely missing piece. They were notified and said they would be ready and replaced asap. We have contacted Sanels wholesale cabinets numerous times over and over and they will lie about when they’ll be done or they’re done or they’re on their way and they never show up. Now we have asked for a refund and they will not refund or answer the phones when we call. They tell us now they’re waiting to be put on the next truck but don’t have a date. We’re still waiting 1/19/2023 and have been pretty much camping in the kitchen, cleaning dishes in the tub and more. Please help this company is the worst!

I hate Sanels, they are the worst. We placed our order October 7th for cabinets and an island. We still don’t have our complete order. ITS MARCH 14. We were promised 4-6 weeks for these “in stock cabinets” I’ve gotten to the point where I call at least 2x weekly to check on our order and NO ONE can give any information. We’ve gotten the run around for everything, “it’s on the next shipment, we’re waiting for the shipment to be unloaded, let me get back to you by the end of the day” etc.
The cabinets we have in our possession are the wrong size. All the positive reviews must be paid for/fake. I am livid with Sanels and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE not even my worst enemy! RUN from this shady, unresponsive, business!

They were extremely helpful and patient. After visiting our flat and measuring everything, he drew out fantastic ideas for bespoke cabinets and a buffet, demonstrating that he thoroughly grasped our objectives.

Nice showroom but they don't do bathrooms unless you buy a kitchen. Rumor has it you have to use them for installation as well. All useful information that would have saved me time if they were upfront their website or through Facebook Messenger. I told them what I was looking for and they still scheduled me an appointment. Staff looked very comfy in their chairs and not attentive to customers.

We purchased in full cabinets from this company on August 19, 2022 in the amount of $14,728.00. We were told our items would be delivered within 1-2 weeks as they were all in stock. A partial order was delivered, most items (more than half missing) not received on September 7, 2022. Constantly reaching out for updates. Finally being told our items we bought were discontinued. Initial delivery of paid for items were incorrect sizes, missing or wrong color. After moving up the chain, the company did provide alternate solutions however, that didn't come without additional problems, delays and lack of communication. We are still awaiting the replacement of a damaged door and shelving for our cabinets. When I told Sanel I filed a complaint he replied with LOL. This company has caused distress, anxiety and have been caught in lies from upper management about communication. When asking for updates, most often our request is ignored for days or weeks. We are extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their lack of priority over this matter and their constant excuses over delays ranging from out of stock, my phone broke, items have been ordered, discontinued products, etc.). Had we known this was going to be an issue, we would have gone with another, more professional company. My husband and I own Shipley and Sons Construction. We have been in business since 2006. We know customer service, we know how to handle issues and communication is key. Using this company has been an ultimate nightmare.

RUN, RUN FAST!!!!!! Worst ever...

So I buy $10,000 worth of cabinets $3,000 worth of countertops half the cabinets come without brackets to hold them together I went down there they told me oh some of our wholesalers put them on and others don't so I asked if I can get the brackets now I'm burning money trying to hang cabinets and I can't because I don't have brackets they're in a huge warehouse now they tell me we don't have them I said well what do I do they have no idea so some manager comes out stay tough marshmallow guy with these big arms and big chest trying to intimidate That's funny doesn't even help just stands there shaking his head like a bobblehead Do yourselves a favorite people Do not go there The salesman John was great the rest of them don't have a pool

The level of customer service is outstanding. Kelli is the Best!! She listens and cares about what your needs are. I have worked with her in the construction industry for 8 years, she educates her customers and helps them anyway she can. She definitely adds a personal touch to everything she does. I highly recommend her and what she has to offer when you decide to redo your kitchen or bath.

My designer was Joe Darger and from the very beginning he was awesome! I gave him an idea of what we wanted and asked him to come up with something. After a few changes we had the perfect design! Thank you, Joe!

The team at Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Tempe did an amazing job! I especially love the rollout drawers in the cabinets.

Deceiving adds, prices in person are way too expensive. Not wholesale pricing as they advertise.
