We purchased in full cabinets from this company on August 19, 2022 in the amount of $14,728.00. We were told our items would be delivered within 1-2 weeks as they were all in stock. A partial order was delivered, most items (more than half missing) not received on September 7, 2022. Constantly reaching out for updates. Finally being told our items we bought were discontinued. Initial delivery of paid for items were incorrect sizes, missing or wrong color. After moving up the chain, the company did provide alternate solutions however, that didn't come without additional problems, delays and lack of communication. We are still awaiting the replacement of a damaged door and shelving for our cabinets. When I told Sanel I filed a complaint he replied with LOL. This company has caused distress, anxiety and have been caught in lies from upper management about communication. When asking for updates, most often our request is ignored for days or weeks. We are extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their lack of priority over this matter and their constant excuses over delays ranging from out of stock, my phone broke, items have been ordered, discontinued products, etc.). Had we known this was going to be an issue, we would have gone with another, more professional company. My husband and I own Shipley and Sons Construction. We have been in business since 2006. We know customer service, we know how to handle issues and communication is key. Using this company has been an ultimate nightmare.
