NCR pays their installers incredibly well! It’s hard work, especially once the weather starts getting into the triple digits, but the money makes it more than worth it. Awesome people to work with too!

Best customer service I’ve experienced so far. Despite my rental being super last-minute, they found a way to squeeze me in and even showed up a little early go get everything set up on time. Great service. I will recommend them to everyone.

There is no better portable restroom company then National Construction Rentals. They’re on top of their communication, products are high quality, always go above and beyond and keep their equipment well maintained.

Waiting for toilet to get cleaned they’ve skipped services it’s been 8 weeks and everytime I call they don’t pickup the phone . Horrible customer service they just drop calls to voicemail and he doesn’t tell me who they are transferring to. Beware of this Company!! Asked for Mgr name Bill worst than the customer service team calling BBB

From Andy Mendez in account setup, to the scheduling coordinators (sorry can't remember their names), but they were super helpful and accommodating. To Trinidad Beltran & Ray Acosta- Fence, Steven Gallegos- Container Deliveries and Juan Velasquez – Toilet/ Sanitation Deliveries. To the owners of National, You have some real TOP SHELF quality individuals in these employees, take a minute to be proud of this TEAM, because they surely are proud of the company they work for and take great pride in their customer service!! I've been in this business for over 40 years and I have never encountered this level of consistently great customer service throughout every section of a company. Giving 1 star since zero stars is not an option. We have been using National for well over a year for business portable toilets with very inconsistent service. Ultimately in the last 3 months our toilets were serviced less than 50% of the time, but still billed for regular service. It has been in the high 90's without regular service, how incredibly disgusting and a health hazard.

I am part of a small business who has an event each year. National Construction are hands down the most professional from the order desk staff to the drivers. They are the most reasonable priced that I've found out there! Highly recommend AAAA+.
