Recently purchased a Katchakid Pool Safety Net and could not be happier with the purchase. Lavandis and Mike were extremely professional and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the quality of service and product received. I’d highly recommend Katchakid for pool safety needs.

Lavandis and Mike were both extremely professional, quick and very tidy! They did the job right, and cleaned up any mess, not to mention arranged everything back in order and gave me a full rundown on how my removable fence works. Lavandis especially was funny and very personable, I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and for future properties.

They installed a Katchakid pool net for us. Both Lavandis & Mike were respectful of the property and cleaned up after the installation. Mike explained the product use thoroughly and efficiently. Lavandis was efficient with the paperwork and answered all my questions well. Great job!

Lavandis and Mike came out to my property to put up my catch a kid net over my pool deck. They did a professional job. It looks good and professional they were very informative about everything and coverd all the info on how to install and remove it as well.

The installers Lavandis and Mike called in advance to say they could arrive early to begin the install. They were professional, proceeded with their work, and completed the Katchakid pool net quickly and with quality. The new net replaced the original net installed almost 16 years ago. We expect this new net to perform as well or better than the original. The company has been great to work with over the years and the price, quality, and performance of the net, anchors, tensioner, and reel have exceeded our expectations. Great product, great company, and great staff.

We had our pool deck completely re done and in the process some of the net pegs were damaged and would need replacing. Our net was 6 years old so we opted for a new net to be installed. They did a complete install of the new net and pegs with absolutely zero damage to our new deck which is unbelievable. The product and workmanship are the best! Highly recommend if you are looking for a pool barrier the Katchakid net is the way to go. We love it so much better than a fence and they are very quick to install and remove when kids come over.

The quote process and customer service was a little clunky (handled through text, which was less formal than I expected) and even delivering the contract took a few tries but it worked out in the end. This is the reason for 4 stars, not 5. You really ought to have top notch customer service for safety-related products.

When we purchased our home, it came with a pool net for the pool, but no instruction on how to use it (not to mention no indication of how old the net was! We are certain it was from KatchAKid, but it's older than their digital records so we know that is too old to use!). We didn't have any kids at the time, but now that we do, we knew we needed a way to keep our daughter and her friends safe in our yard. Bobby measured our pool and gave us a quote, and the ordering process was smooth. Lavandis and Mike came by to install it this morning (a longer process than I thought, but not much can be done about that), and the net looks fantastic. We are very happy with the net and KatchAKid.

We had a debris cover made for our pool & it was just installed. Not only will it function to keep tree debris from turning the water green, but it also looks good!

The guys that installed the net were great and informative once everything was installed but once we saw the net on the pool we quickly wondered what we got ourselves into and felt it was more than what was explained. We do have a larger pool but weren't informed that would change anything or that it may not be the best fit because of it. The process on taking it off/storing the net, the type of colors of the net, etc. were not explained like it should have been from the beginning. We really wish we didn't go this route for our pool and more than likely just wasted our money at his point. Highly recommend if you have a larger pool not to go this route at all.

This was a good company about 12 years ago now they are absolutly terrible to work with or deal with. You will be better off finding someone else.

Awesome company to work with that offers a great product. My wife and I wanted to increase the safety of our pool and decided a net made more sense than a fence for a few different reasons. With that being said, Pearl could not have been more helpful from the time I called to schedule an estimate until the project was completed. Her husband, Robert, came out to the house and provided the estimate after taking several measurements. Robert is a lot of fun and we had a great time chatting with him! Finally, Mike and Lavandis knocked-out the install and tutorial both in about an hour. Mike and Lavandis' work is perfect and we are very happy with the function and appearance of our net! We LOVE our Katchakid net and have had it for 6 years now! I trust it WAY MORE than a fence. My son has driven his toy car into the center of it, my son and I both fell onto it and it caught us just fine and they always come and fix the broken parts of the net as they occur (rarely but, the sun beats the heck out of everything here). Kids can climb or get around fences; not a Katchakid net! I highly recommend it.

Mike and coworker did an excellent job installing and teaching me how to use the net, and store it the way I'll need to. The net looks like its very high quality and I expect it will last a long time. Easier to put on and off than I expected.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I feel even more confident that our daughter is safe and Jennifer and the team are very professional and took care of our needs despite some setbacks with a house along the way! Our new house was already set up for a fence and installation was a breeze!

Everything went fast, they even sent me edited photos with proposed fence line.
So far we are very happy with product and service.

Lack of customer service, unwillingness to speak to people on the phone instead of only over email/text as if we are robots, poor communication (days between messages), days to hear back from anyone, and assumptions that you will automatically purchase from them. They express no desire to understand your concerns or needs, only to profit.
They also only sell in 15' sections, so if you have a 20' stretch you need like me, you will be paying a whole lot more than you need to.

We have owned a net from Katchakid for just over 5 years. This spring we noticed a couple broken strands near the central tension system. We were a month out of warranty, but Katchakid still came out and fixed our net for free. We had great service with them the first time, and that has continued. We would highly recommend them.

I would give zero stars if I could.It was the worst customer experience service I've had to deal with in quite some time and I'm in the business. The associate sales salesmans name is Bobby. I had initially set up a consultation online and got a phone call from Bobby and we set up an appointment for Friday the 26th at 2:30 p.m. well Friday rolls around in at 2:30 he was not my house and I called him and he said he was swamped and behind and asked if we could do it another day I said well we can do it the following day so we set that up. And then receive a text that morning at 8 a.m. asking if we could switch the time from 2:30 till later time the day I told him I only had flexibility from 2:30 to 3:45 I'd like him there at 3:15. So my opinion of the company was not off to a good start. Bobby did arrive on time, the third time around. From there it was completely downhill from the moment he started talking. We tried to explain what we wanted, and everything was met with an obstacle rather than a solution. we wanted a pool net to tie off to our fence and he was playing the role of telling us that it it might not be the best thing and I do appreciate the concern obviously for my son but we have every bit of concern for our one year old in mind that's why we are putting up a fence in the first place. Bobby was immediately defensive and not really wanting to listen to my suggestions coming up with every reason why we shouldn't do it that way making me feel very uncomfortable. At one point he just says you know what I'm not going to do this I'm leaving. We had changed our plans to make the appointment and then after all that he comes in for 5 minutes and then decides to leave I was most upset about that and asked him to leave immediately with a few expletives. I've heard great things about your product but you might want to consider your staff behind the product is even more important.

Such incredible piece of mind knowing your kids cannot get in the pool and drown. No more worrying about unlocked doors or gates left open. Put the net on and don’t worry again. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with small kids!!

Finally a sales and services org that makes sense and keeps my kids safe by creating a net for my pool now that summer-time is over. I was glad to try their folks in Tempe. Good all the way around. JT

I called Katchakid yesterday at 9:00 am. The call went to a Houston call center and they said they would have someone call me back to set an appointment. Still no word! I called again today at 4:45 pm and once again the Houston call center...took all my info again. Apparently they do not need my business.

Called to inquire and get a quote for a safety net and cover, and they hung up on me..... I won't be calling them back.

The pool net is not recommended. It is very cumbersome to put on and off and very hard to keep the pool cleaned. I have been rejected by pool service companies because they did not want to deal with the net. It is very safe for the kids but a fence is just as safe and much more recommended. The net is very poor quality as well. See pictures. This company did send really professional installers which is why I gave 2 stars. The net product is a pain. Thank you.

We had been looking for a mesh removable fence and Katchakid had great response. Jennifer and I got along very well and I trusted her with her suggestions. She kept in touch with me as my pool was getting close to completion! Once we ordered it took a month for them to come install it.
