Argus Custom Iron

Argus created a nice gate for our front courtyard. Cole, the owner, told us there was a one year warranty on their work. After five months, our gate got stuck so bad that we have to remove the handle in order to get out of our courtyard. I called four Cole four times requesting they repair our gate. He never responded to my phone calls. I finally had to pay another gate builder $225 to fix the gate so we could use it again.

Do not recommend Argus Custom Iron. Very poor customer service!

Our gate is more than 45 days behind schedule. Not once during this time have we received a call or email apologizing for their lack or professionalism.

We followed up with Mr. Lewis regarding this complaint and have corrected all the issues and repaired the gate to perfection.
