Best Home Remodelings in Arizona

In December I scheduled a visit for mid-January for Five40 to come out and give an estimate for a garage remodeling project. I took the day off work to make sure I was available, I received both text and email reminders the day before...and no one showed up. I called to see if I had made a mistake with the date, and my call went to voicemail. Maybe they're out of business?

Edit: Five40 Remodeling - Are you taking on new work, even if the work needs to happen several months out? I don't mind waiting.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on our recent bathroom/bedroom remodel. They started and finished the project exactly as per contract. The workmanship was professional and the crew was very personable. Neatness counts and they excelled. Thank you, again.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The crew did such a great job putting in a new vanity and vinyl flooring that we decided to replace all the flooring in our 30 year old mobile home and redo the second bathroom as well. Tim was so nice, very professional and such a pleasure to work with. The cost was very really reasonable and the job was completed on schedule. We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future home repairs.

They were very informative during our demo and installation. The very professional installer from laying down the tarp when they arrives to cleaning everything up before they left. They were very punctual with their time frames. I would definitely recommend Home Concepts Custom Remodeling for any bathroom remodeling project.

His pleasant and friendly demeanor was a great surprise compared to other contractors/builders we have dealt with in the past. We have referred many friends to David with similar results. We couldn't be happier, and have complete confidence in David and 4 Gen Homes for future home needs.

Do not use this company for anything they are stating they can do! The owner is a liar and when comes for estimates doesn't disclose everything and when the job is done and you start to have questions he will say that he has explain everything (because he does this for 30 years even though he is in business for less, check his business and claims with ROC) and he will request for more money. Since end of August our kitchen is still missing items and unfinished. I would not trust them!

Have had windows, gutters, and siding replaced by Power. Professional crews and quality products. Windows -- we replaced all our remaining single pain windows -- improved insulation quite a bit, making parts of our house that were not really usable in extreme temperatures usable again, and siding has noticeably reduced sound from outside (too soon to tell about insulation). Gutter effects I haven't followed too closely.

Our new walk-in shower is amazing! Steven and his crew of installers (Alex B. and Martel H.) were great! They took their time, they were friendly, on-time and professional. I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona to anyone who is looking for no tile and no grout! We love it!

I live in the N. Phoenix area and had a friend refer me to RMS and Ron Medicinio for an extensive remodel to my home ( 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting, and wall removal). It was one of the best referrals and phone calls I have ever made! Ron and his crew were excellent and their pride in their work showed. I lived in my home during the remodel and when I came home every evening, the house was tidy and livable. I would highly recommend RMS and Ron for any home remodelling needs you might have; they are simply the BEST!

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. They wither well with my designer and handled all glitches and changes well. I would recommend Luke Bourne and Dwell House to anyone and I plan to use them for my next remodeling needs.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.

I needed a handyman to repair grout, baseboards, and minor cabinet damage for an insurance claim. All repairs were done efficiently to my satisfaction. I didn't have the material to repair the built in cabinet and the handyman came up with a better idea, got the material and did the repair beyond my previous expectation. I would definately recomment this company.

I would definitely recommend White Building inc . Her team was on time and polite when coming to my home .They did such a wonderful job with my kitchen remodel. I m in love with my kitchen now.
