We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. In addition, Shannon informed us that when they start a project, they work through to completion without jumping around to other projects. This was a huge selling point for us, as we had never experienced a contractor that had worked this way – with most juggling multiple projects at the same time and not showing up for days at a time due to being on another job site.

The entire project was well orchestrated from quote to completion and the work was of superior quality and craftsmanship. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

They listened to our needs and time deadlines and did a great job remodeling our master bathroom. I would definitely use them for any future projects.

Great company! Adam helped us out with our cabinets and did amazing work on them. He also went above and beyond to help us with other things as well. Great work ethic and quality is always shown in their products!

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Neil's crew worked on my investment property in Scottsdale. They did fantastic work and I highly recommend them!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Power Home Remodeling. I had their windows installed in the master bath, bedroom, and the nursery, and I am very very pleased with the outcome. Excellent windows that help with noise, heat, and are also very easy to clean. I am very pleased. If you are looking for high quality windows, this is the place to go!

These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job. The hot water on the tub wasn’t getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is now perfect! Thank you guys. Ron,who heads RMS, is an experienced and reliable home remodeling contractor. He did extensive work on renovating our kitchen and replacing our floor tile in several rooms. In addition, his painters and electricians were excellent and professional. More importantly, he gave us a fair price for our project and completed all work on time. You can’t go wrong with this company which I am highly recommending.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??
