It has been ~1 month since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time.

As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful.

I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

The folks at Home Solutionz - Phoenix were caring, professional, and enjoyable to work with - both in-store and on the job site, at our home. They helped us find more eco-friendly materials, going over options and pulling samples from storage. Excellent craftsmanship and service from Nate and his team and hit our timelines! Affordable quotes and was 100% on top of all our needs and in constant communication to build our 3 bathroom remodels! Could not be more pleased with Nate and all of Cheuvront’s subcontractors! The tile guys were pristine and glass shower doors were excellently priced! Love this company-highly recommend!

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

Great ideas & designs. They understand you & what you want & get everything right. Great personalities that are professional & get it all right! Jake helped me find the best lighting for my project, taking what I had in mind & making it work for my space. There’s a great range to choose from, they had everything I wanted. With so many choices they helped cater for all of my needs

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Had work done with this company. They do not show up when they say they are going to show up. And they have now disappeared without finishing the rest of the work. They've done the majority of what needs to be done but have left the finishing touches for us to do and have left some of the work that they should have finished for us to do. I suggest if you would like your project done on time and to be completely finished... go with a different company.

I love my new countertops. European Granite did an awesome job. From the quote to the installation everyone that I dealt with was friendly and professional. All of my calls and questions were answered in a timely fashion and they were patient with all my questions. This is my first major remodel of a kitchen and I am glad I chose them to work with. And it was a very fast turn around time between the template to the fabrication to the installation. Great job!!! I highly recommend them!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.

Beware!!! Check register of contractors before you hire Image Home Improvement. I don’t know how they can even be one good review for this man. Stephen Duebel and those he associates with are con men. They literally stole our money and disappeared. The little bit they did do has to be completely redone, basic things. I truly wonder how he’s ever operated as a contractor. His license has been revoked.
