We own a residential construction company in Phoenix. We use Toscani tile on every installation. This includes many intricate high-end jobs as well as large scale projects. We know that Nick and his crew will do the best possible job and follow all direction given in order to make sure the job is up to the highest standards.
We just used them to install in our own personal home. As usual, we couldn't be happier.

We had anyone and everyone you can think of come out for a quote for laminate flooring. Keith came out and brought out his samples. He was very professional, super polite and not pushy at all. The quotes we got beat everyone else by a landslide. Great quality. The installers came out and did a phenomenal job! They were very observant of everything around them and extremely courteous coming in and out of the house each and every time. They were extremely well mannered and did the most amazing job on our installation. Everything was left clean and wiped down including the floors. We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?
