Is there a such thing as negative stars? I would employ this rating if I could. I chose slide lok after getting referred by a friend who seemed satisfied with his garage floor. Well…after 4 attempts to complete my project, numerous excuses, poor customer service and then being completely ghosted by the installer, my floor is starting to peel 5 months after completion. I contacted the corporate office in AZ for help with this but have not even received a courtesy phone call after 2 calls and a detailed email. I am posting this review to help others avoid a very expensive mistake. Please consider other installers for your home. Stay as far from these individuals as possible.

There is no dock here. Opposite the entrance to the office is the entrance to the warehouse. park close to the side of the building. People are friendly and unloading is finished in about 30 minutes.

Jose was great from start to finish.. There were some spots where the adhesive needed to dry and he allowed me to hold the final payment until satisfied.. I highly recommend using them!!!

Did not complete the work despite promising to do so and still haven't given me a discount refund despite also promising to do so. Ended up being a disappointing experience.. Would not recommend.

We bought 66 boxes of vinyl flooring from this place. Initially we were happy with the service. Lady at the front office barely speaks English but she seemed friendly. That is, until we had an issue and returned trying to make an exchange. One of the boxes was smashed on one side and all the planks inside were broken. This wasn’t noticed prior and the boxes had been sitting in our garage. When my husband went to exchange the box, the lady told him he broke it, that she “watched him break it when he loaded it in the van”. Ok, whatever, he wasn’t gonna sit there and argue about it. He leaves and realizes he forgot his receipt in the office. He goes back in to get it and she held the door and as my husband was trying to walk in, she never moved from the doorway. I don’t know what this lady was thinking, but instead of clearing the doorway so he could walk in, grab his receipt and go, she decides to shield herself as if he was going to attack her or something! HE WAS TRYING TO GET HIS RECEIPT BACK! He was so uncomfortable by her behavior and the treatment he received from her. Beware and inspect each box before you leave! They will tell you it’s your fault and you broke it.

Had a10am appointment to get a quote on remodeling my home. No show, no call, no thank you. If this is an indicator how he does work, I saved myself a lot of problems.
