Amazing help from John, who searched the Lumber Liquidators across the US for our discontinued wood floor, found what we needed, set up the shipping to our house - I wish all companies had employees as dedicated to customer satisfaction as John. After reading reviews and looking at photos of completed projects I contacted Will for a quote,
I did have cheaper quotes for my 3 car garage floor but after speaking with Will I chose EpoxyStrong to do the work.
I spoke with Stacey, got the work scheduled (Sat & Sun). Stacey was great to deal with.
The Crew arrived on time, were very pleasant, courteous and worked efficiently.
The Crew didn’t mind me taking photos and videos. They didn’t mind all of the neighbors coming by to look at the floor being installed.
The Epoxy floor came out perfect.I got a perfect Quality floor installed like I expected. I would definitely recommend EpoxyStrong for your flooring project.

I feel bad about sharing this with the public, but I have not heard back from Empire after writing to their customer service department and speaking directly to my sales person.I was scheduled to have three bedrooms and a sitting area carpeted. I moved all of the smaller stuff the night before. I was still unsure of my appointment time. I was told I would know a day before if it was a morning or afternoon appointment. I got up very early, and received a call from Empire. The carpet contractors that were supposed to handle my appointment did not show up at the 'docks' to get my carpet. The woman explained that they would need to come to my home the next day. About an hour later, she called and said they could be there by 10:30am.One person came to my home with the carpet and padding- just one. I spent my morning with him, moving the larger items. It was difficult for me, but I had no choice. The person they sent, spent the day, doing this job by himself. At 6:30pm, I had to ask him to finish what he could, I needed to go to work. He was able to finish the carpet, but nothing else. Not the clean up, or putting my furniture back where it belonged. I called Empire to discuss and received no call back. I called my sales person - nothing. I had to move 3 bedrooms and a sitting room by my self. I am 5]'4' and weigh 100 lbs. This was over the top difficult.After calling, writing and calling again, I have heard NOTHING from Empire today - its disgusting that I would be treated like this. This job was not completed. I spent 3 days trying to get my house back in order.I think that the person they sent did his very best. He told me he always works with a partner - not on that day. I feel that I am owed and I expect some attention from Empire. I need my faith renewed. I had high hopes for having the rest of my home completed.
