I currently work for Mohawk, and the guys I work with are some good people. Heck of a crew we have over at Mohawk Industries.

It truly was dust free. The crew was very professional, on time, respectful of my home. Great experience from the first phone conversation with Nick to the final inspection of the work performed.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

Worked with Robert he showed the options available and we picked a dark one. For which he said there is no stock available .

We asked for a Monday schedule, he was rude and said to look around for any other.

Before the cleaning day asked to confirm the time , he said the cleaning guys come at 1 1 PM. Waited till 2:15 and called he never answered, after 4-5 calls he said they are running lay will be in by 3:30.

The cleaning guys reached at 4:15 finally.

Asked them if they can replace the small wooden pieces to fix the carpet for which they said they going to charge extra and Extra for pest control .

We ended up staying out till 8 PM night.

Worst service and they just making money.

Great work

After ordering and paying for the flooring Ciprian arrived late on his first day. every time afterwards he came late.Ciprian was asked several times to wear a mask due to Covid he was visibly not happy and worked without often. The flooring was defective and Ciparian refused to take resposibilty for not noticing it. After contacting manufacturing company he agreed to replace the Flooring at no cost. While working in our home Ciparian wanted to discuss politics with my wife which was inappropriate.Ciprian charged for square footage for our 5 areas ,But when he was finished he claimed the 5th area was not included.Ciprian received two stars because we feel he was not commiteed to our job and was obviously dealing with other issue.

I had done my research, and I found Home Solutionz - Scottsdale to be the only choice for me. Their staff were wonderful. Their knowledge and service made it an absolute delight, we love our new flooring

Got my kitchen and 2 bathrooms redone. Very happy with the guidance and professionalism I was served with by this company

Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.

These guys have the highest quality construction methods that have saved time and money for us. Super happy with all the work and attention to detail that was taken on our project. Thanks Guys!
