I have used and sent numerous clients to Sage over the years. Always done a great job and are timely in getting things done with high quality service. They aren’t the cheapest, but for good reason. I Would rather pay a few extra bucks to have the job done right on the first call and not have Sage Mechanical be the second call 😉

Always professional and knowledgeable. Gene has helped us out multiple times and I will always ask for him. He knows the systems very well and has saved us a lot of money on our gas bill without having to upgrade. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8~2.375 fully-glazed trapway with 4 non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

Isaac is phenomenal. We bought a house with a brand-new septic tank that after only 2 months started to fail. He not only diagnosed the problem but helped us navigate how to repair it. He ultimately saved us tens of thousands of dollars as we would've never known the tank was installed incorrectly and would have inevitably run into much bigger problems down the road. We are first-time homeowners/septic newbies and he took tons of time to explain everything. Cannot recommend him enough!

These people were so helpful and directed me to a few other places I needed services from dealing with plumbing and water pump replacement.

They came sooner then was scheduled which was great. He was knowledgeable found out what the exact problem was and fixed it. He also found some other problems that needed to be fixed.

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Jeff fixed a leak from the master bathroom into the family room for me that I’ve tried to fix twice before using other people and it kept returning. He was very thorough and showed me how he came to his conclusions. Jeff is great!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have done two major projects for me - plumbing my kitchen for a gas stove, and replacing a water heater. They are personable, considerate, they do exactly what they say they will and their pricing is completely humane. The second project, my water heater, required a little troubleshooting before they could determine the problem for sure. Their communication was good, and I felt really well taken care of. A seriously good business.

Jimmy and the boys work together very well, they were able to not only remove the old boiler and install the new one in less than 8 hours! The quality of work was great, very knowledgeable of craft! Fantastic job would recommend them always!

I was able to schedule to have my water heater replaced within the week, and they were in and out in about 3 hours without a hitch. Great job!
