Best Plumbers in Alaska

These guys are amazing! We've had our pipes freeze up three times this winter. They have always come to the rescue! They come basically right away, steam them out and are cheap! The guys are very knowledable as well. They always know what to do after they fix my pipes so that the problem stays away for as long as possible. I highly recommend them and will not go to any other plumbing company!

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. after clarifying multiple times over the phone with their office personnel they came out did the job and left. their tech was awesome and polite. after the job I received a invoice for their work. one of which said 0$ because I signed up to have 2 duplexes done..... 2 duplexes means 4 units. then they came back and said each of my units needed it's own package deal. they then re sent a 3rd invoice doubling my cost. these people are scam, they are not professional over the phone. lied to my girlfriend about things we discussed, even said I came in and talked with then in their office building and worked it all out. I literally have never stepped foot once in their business. I handled everything over the phone. this company will never get work from me or anyone I know again. save yourself the money this company is garbage.

Hot water heater went out. These guys responded, and were at my house fixing it within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend.

Do NOT use this guy! This dude is a rude conartist and an embarrassment as a craftsman. I paid him twice to check my boiler and it still didn't work properly. I called him to see if he stands by his work and he said only the work he completed. I asked him if my system still isn't working right why should I pay him again to fix the problem he should've fixed the first time and he said he doesn't own my boiler. He is either incompetent or trying to rip me off, either way it's not acceptable. I had alkota out and they fixed it in half the time and price. Thanks for nothing Bill.

To follow up Bill, I called you out to troubleshoot no heat upstairs. After two times being called out you still couldn’t get the place to heat properly which has nothing to do with alkota or the leak on the backflow preventer not a solder joint. I was stern but did not cuss because you would not stand by your work. If you can’t trouble shoot a problem correctly you own that instead of saying I’ll check if the one thing I did was properly installed but if it was I’ll charge you. By the way anchorage plumbing and heating replaced the very same zone valve you installed. You only replaced the head instead of cutting out and soldering the whole part and it was the conduit connection that was clogged up. They showed me that the head typically doesn’t go bad it’s the conduit connection usually gets clogged and if the head was replaced that’s doesn’t fully fix the problem because the flow is still obstructed. The boiler is a newer system so it’s up and working just fine now.

Had Aron come out and put in a water heater and do some repairs last week. It was awesome to chat with him about the trade, life, etc while he worked. Really great guy, very knowledgeable in his profession, honest, and willing to share tips and advice freely. I will be using circle again in the future.

This guy has no idea what he’s doing, replacing parts that don’t need to be changed. Had to call another plumber to fix his mistakes. Don’t waste your time!
