I cannot sing their praises enough! AK Clearwater Mechanical did all the plumbing, heating, and HRV systems in our new home and they installed our MASSIVE fireplace! They are wonderful to work with and have the BEST customer service! I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

Had our install done a little over a year ago. About one month after the warranty period, the pump failed on our system which meant we completely lost heat when it was about 0 degrees out. They came out that very same day and replaced the pump and didn't charge us anything even though we were out of warranty. Will definitely continue to use them again and again.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Chris and Alex came out to install our new dishwasher ,garbage disposal,sink and faucet, gas oven.They also fixed a pipe under the sink! They were very professional.Definitely recommend Apex plumbing and will use them again in the future for sure 😀

I was able to schedule to have my water heater replaced within the week, and they were in and out in about 3 hours without a hitch. Great job!
