Mike did a great job on 3/20/2019 at Dawn Drive. Anchorage plumbing and heating has an employee with terrific customer services skills.

We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

We had a water heater that was 24 years old , needed an emergency replacement. These guys were able to help us instantly and at a affordable price. Job was done same day and we didn’t have to wait days or a month without hot water. Huge lifesavers! Very thankful for a family of 6. We highly recommend this company 100%. The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Definitely FIVE stars for Flow Star! I had two problems at two houses - a gas leak with my mom's boiler and a pin hole water leak inside my house walls. Both jobs done quickly and professionally with everything explained. Since the water leak was deep inside the wall, Jake even snapped a picture on his phone and showed me the problem.
