We have used 2 other big name plumbers in town and not been satisfied for excessive cost & on 2 occasions to pay for other plumbing companies for 2nd plumber in training & delays. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating always responds to us ASAP. They are very well priced, professional, courteous, fair in business, highly knowledgeable plus they work fast. I highly recommend this plumber business.

We had a new kitchen sink and faucet to install, and had no idea what to do. We hired Hogins Plumbing to do the work, which was high quality and most professional. They removed the old sink and faucet and installed the new one, and their service was friendly and exemplary. A+, would use again, would recommend!

Very fair price, showed up right away, cleaned up after themselves, super nice guys and very honest and upfront.

No one likes a clogged main line. Makes it worse it happened at the end of day on a Friday. Called and he was at my house within an hour. Straight forward and for an after hours price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

Only good experiences with Cassidy. They were for Alaska competitively priced and professional when I needed a new heating system (at a time when our baby was born) as our old heating system failed. They offered to bring heaters to our apartment just to keep the baby warm and installed a new system in the quickest time possible.
When the system gave us issues (high winds blew out the flare) - they came in no time and modified the exhaust.
Now - whilst I am overseas - our neighbor let us know about another potential issue. Called them and September was SUPER friendly and will have things looked at in the afternoon already.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have done two major projects for me - plumbing my kitchen for a gas stove, and replacing a water heater. They are personable, considerate, they do exactly what they say they will and their pricing is completely humane. The second project, my water heater, required a little troubleshooting before they could determine the problem for sure. Their communication was good, and I felt really well taken care of. A seriously good business.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Extreme Heating and Air Inc. After the earthquake I had issues with my furnace and my hot water heater. After my property management company contacted them Grant got back with me right away and was able to come out after hours. He had fantastic customer service and was very professional! I had a bulging ceiling and an unknown leak. I called and got very quick service. Joe was a complete professional and even gave some future prepping tips, knowledge, and a company to help with repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
