Great experience with Sage Mechanical. Our boiler/hot water heater was malfunctioning and they fit us in very quickly and rapidly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Very professional, highly recommend.

Always professional and knowledgeable. Gene has helped us out multiple times and I will always ask for him. He knows the systems very well and has saved us a lot of money on our gas bill without having to upgrade. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

They came out and didn't have the equipment needed for the job, so they referred me to a different company that did. For that I had to pay full price of $160--no service provided. I wouldn't mind paying for the ten minutes he looked at it and referral, but to pay a full hour for no service is an utter rip off.

Strongly recommend you look elsewhere, unless you like paying a company to tell you to do business with someone else.

Rock solid service, their team works until the job is done.

I called Isaac on a Sunday evening and he and the other Isaac came to my house the next day to diagnose the problem. They found water leaking from my boiler. It was very kind of them to refer me to another plumber who can specifically address my boiler plumbing issue. They did not charge with the time they came to my house, the diagnosing and consultation. Isaac was generous enough to give me pointers on how to prevent future problems in my sewer. Thank you and I greatly appreciate you guys!

What a great company. The gentleman that owns and operates is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also pretty funny. Had a septic mainline clogged and he came out right on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming. He was an Incredibly respectful person, these types of people are rare in Alaska any more. I cannot sing their praises enough! AK Clearwater Mechanical did all the plumbing, heating, and HRV systems in our new home and they installed our MASSIVE fireplace! They are wonderful to work with and have the BEST customer service! We even had a couple of issues after we moved in and when I called them they came right away and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. Call them! You'll be SO glad you did!!!

My experience with Ak Pipe Restoration deserves way more then a 5 star rating.(100 stars) is what they deserve. They went above and beyond the whole project! Professionalism in all aspects as well as family oriented, our house is constantly busy with kids and they still managed to come in and get their job done. They also gave us a follow up call on how everything is working after the job was completed.

I had a semi-decent interaction with this company, I like that it is family owned. I got a quote from Cassidys to do the rough in plumbing for my home that I was building myself. The quote was aprox 9000 dollars for the entire job. I was on a tight budget doing most of the work myself so I agreed to have the Cassidys guys do some work to get me started on the layout for waste lines primarily. They guys were cool, they chatted with me, took their lunch break and their smoke breaks, I didn't think much of it. They did about 20 percent of the total work to be done. Fast forward 5 months and I finally received a 5600 dollar bill in the mail. Whoa! I called the office and asked for an explanation as to the amount of this bill. The hours were calculated per a GPS in their truck and they bill the hours at the time they get on your property. If they leave for lunch then the time stops. If they sit in your driveway eating and smoking then the time keeps ticking. When I asked if it made sense that to do 100% of the job cost 9000, and 20 percent costs 5600, I didn't get an answer. Bottom line... Their work is fine, the guys seem cool, record keeping sucks. Get a quote and don't do hourly.

The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Thank you both so much for you diligent and fast service.

Matt Akeson from Extreme Heating & Air, worked on my water heater today. Matt did a great job! Resolving a leaking pipe issue! Matt was friendly and professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Additionally, Matt took measurements & pictures of a rusty sink in my guest bathroom to prepare a quote for the work required to install a new sink and replace the PVC plumbing underneath. Extreme Heating & Air does it all! They installed and serviced most of my appliances; new water heater, new dishwasher, new garbage disposal unit, serviced my existing gas furnace and installed a new gas line for a new double convection stove! Thanks for another great job!

Cody Waite from Extreme Heating & Air, fixed a gasket leak on a recent new sink & faucet install. Cody worked fast! He was in & out and did a great job! Cody tested the new rubber gasket by filling up the sink and double checking the pipeline for Leaks. Cody was super friendly and professional and the work was accomplished very quickly. Heater went out at my house called them first thing in the morning and was notified that they will be at my house in a couple of hours. Showed up diagnosed my problem fixed within 2 hours no problem. They were very professional. Great pricing. Will use again.
