Best Sod Installation. in Phoenix AZ

Decided to fix up my house this last year starting with getting rid of the grass in the front yard in exchange for desert landscaping. Planning on staying in my home for years to come and I wanted something special but didn't know anything about outdoor design. That is when I met Sean. Not only did he deliver on an amazing design but executed it in the final product. I can't wait for the trees and plants to grow and give me my desert escape in the middle of the city. He listened to what I had to say and came up with something I never would have been able to imagine myself. Sean is truly an artist. This review is long overdue. I had Chris and his team at Lonestar Landscaping give my front and back yard a major makeover a few months ago. I hadn't had the best luck with landscapers in the past because I always ended up feeling that they were in a hurry to get my job finished, collect a check and generally weren't too concerned with my satisfaction. It was the complete opposite with this company. Chris took the time to listen to my overall goals and never seemed to be in a rush. He made plant and design recommendations based on his expertise which resulted in a much more complete end result. Lone Star reinstalled my grass, pulled out two huge Mesquites, fixed my entire watering system, put in new and awesome plants and installed my lighting system. When I pull up to my house I love the way it looks and don't have that my landscaper ripped me off feeling. Do yourself a favor, pick up the phone and give them a call, you'll be happy you did!

I bought a new build on a bare acre and MasterAZscapes did a fantastic job of turning it into a desert paradise. I showed an inspiration photo of my ideas for the yard to the designer, Derek, who took it and made it better. I received renderings of what my landscape would look like and given an estimate of the work. I was able to accompany the designer to the plant nursery and pick out trees and shrubs with his advice. I also picked out boulders and granite. The work crew and project manager, Luke, were fantastic. The finished project, front and back yards, was even better than I had imagined: plants, granite, contouring, irrigation, lights. And it came in on budget. Now, about six weeks later, the plants and trees are thriving. I asked for magic and that's what I got.
Everyone I came in contact with at MasterAZscapes, from the office staff to the work crew, was professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone who stops by. In fact, my landscape looks so impressive that one of my neighbors has just signed up with MasterAZscapes to do their yard.

Terrible Job..Used them twice, the yard looked worst when then left then when they showed up... Leaves blown in the pool, all over the yard, nothing picked up...

Excellent service from the first appointment (arrived on time and on the day promised) - that alone is worth a 5 start. Especially with the experience I had with other companies.
They did a complete concrete tear out and all new pavers and artificial grass strips plus palm tree and bushes.
The only complain was the time it took to get pavers! BUT they had zero control over this matter. The supply chain for these pavers was 12+ weeks. BUT again there was nothing they could do about this issue.
Would highly recommend Nick and his team of highly skilled individuals.

I hired Landscaping Authority about 5 years ago for a rental house in Tempe since then our tenants are happy with the regular maintenance service since then I don’t get any yard related notices . Very happy with them.

Please stop throwing garbage in my driveway.

First they added a drainage system they charged us $9,000 and the drainage system does not work included in that was cutting a drainage canal and that just holds water so that was a very unsuccessful ordeal but they still want their money
Second they said they would replace all of our sprinkler heads for $12,000 then we caught them not replacing them they said oh it was only to be fixed got out on that Catch 22
Third they planted three trees they did not last more than a year only one of them's alive one of them's broke in half and one of them's completely dead but they say they don't warrant you that either even though they agreed to give it to your warranty this is the worst Landscape Company their word is no good there weren't you there no good be very careful
