Lone Star has done an outstanding job again! I would highly recommend them. Very professional from start to finish and great to work with. Thier team has great communication and kept me in the loop during the whole process.

4 stars for the final product as we are happy with our yard in the end. But 2 stars for the construction process due to all of the errors along the way (including installing the wrong travertine). 1 star for the customer service as it was nearly impossible to get anyone from the office to respond to our emails and voicemails to discuss concerns and issues.

They did a awesome job did what I wanted and even cleaned up very nice to deal with and great attitudes.They were there to aim to please .I can’t wait till they come again.????

I was extremely happy with the work that Outside Living Concepts did for me. I had significant repair to an existing patio slab, extension of the patio, addition of a built-in BBQ/bar and replacement of a putting green. There were some delays due to supply chain issues, but I was always made aware of them with an estimated timeframe for completion of the project. My designer, Reid Havens, was fantastic to work with - very easy-going, professional and most important to me, responsive. The crew was fabulous and worked very hard; they did a thorough clean-up after each phase of the project and were respectful of me and my neighbors. Since my project was completed 3 months ago, I have spent many enjoyable hours on my patio and putting green - it is my happy place! I would recommend Reid and Outdoor Living Concepts to anyone who needs a landscaping project done.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

And if and when ever something comes up to make them unable to come on your scheduled maintenance service day, which very rarely happens, they call you to let you either know they will be a little late or just cannot make it to your home that day. I truly love the scheduled maintenance service. You always know when they are coming and you never feel in the least bit concerned about the quality of their service. They truly give their customers the VIP service. Really give them a try, you will not regret it. Before finding Victor's Landscaping, I went through numerous landscaper's. I could never count on them to do the job well or even what I asked them to do. I was at my wit's end with it all. They would tell me they would be at my house on certain days and never show or call it was so frustrating, wasting numerous days and no one even called to let me know that they wouldn't make it that day. They cleaned up my yard today I'm very happy with the service. I figured while they were working that they would need a break and I was curious to see if they would try and charge me for their break as well because I was paying them by the hour. I'm happy to say that they did not attempt to charge me for the time that they were on break!

They are hard workers, they did a great job and treated me honestly.
