We just bought a house and we had Big Nick's install pavers for us. They did a great job and were so nice during the whole installation. These guys really value customer service. It was a joy having them work on my home. If I could give them more than 5 stars on here, I gladly would. They definitely deserve it. Highly recommended.

Landscapers Phoenix designs are stellar. In addition, the team is professional and thorough. This is consistent for the designers, the office staff, and the installation crews.

I contacted Ivan and his team in December of 2019 to see about removing a massive tree from my back patio condo. Prior to hiring him, I had two other guys come out and bid on the job. One told me it would take 16 hours and another was afraid to even touch the job. But Century West Landscaping was up for the task. The guys came out in January 2020 and cut the tree down in 4 hours! I have another tree that is about the same height and needs to be removed again. I'll be calling Century West again to cut that tree down and eventually grind the stumps down so I fix my patio up the way I need it to be. Thanks Ivan and team!

I had a great experience with Scottsdale Landscaping Company. They showed up as scheduled. Finished the work of garden landscaping in half their estimated time, and both the work itself and the cleanup were immaculate. Would highly recommend it.

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

Very clean and tidy not only at the end but every day after they have finished. I was updated every day about their arrival time and what progress has been made. Overall 100% Satisfaction. Highly recommend and I have already asked him for another project.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

This year Victors trimmed our Queen Palm trees again, and had no problem, even with the one over the power line to our house. The price was reasonable for five trees, and they do an excellent job.

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.

We where so lucky to find Josh. Finally a business owner that stands by his work with integrity. Could not be happier with his work. Josh has done general maintenance, clean up and some irrigation jobs for me. I have recommended him to several of my picky friends and they to are satisfied with his work. Steve white & Mary Miller have been doing business with us for over a decade and I’m not the easiest person to please but they are very gracious in dealing with my crazy requests and quirks...For a landscaping company and synthetic grass company they treat me like family and I know they Stand behind their work ..I’m very happy to have them service our grounds monthly and when I buy my new house they will be installing the grass and putting Greens..

We have asked for a quote over a month ago...I know they were here last week because I saw them on our security camera. We called them to ask about our quote but was told they would get back to us because they are busy. Looking for another company now.

I found another company to help us. You will be reviewed as the worst service ever! You kept telling my wife that you would get back with us on the phone...several times! It's a quote!!! Your guys were here!!! How hard is that?! We just needed gravel in our back yard! I know this wasn't your first bad review because you only have a 2.4 review on Google! I know why our HOA hired you now...you are cheap!
