The hardest part of this experience was actually booking a time for the team to come out! Norm came out the same day I asked for an estimate! But then I waited for a quote for 2 weeks. Norm followed up after 1 week and asked if I had heard something, and I hadn't. He was supposed to speak with the office person. After another week I followed up myself. I found out that they had my email wrong. Why no one called me about that, I don't know. If I hadn't followed up, I'm not sure what would have happened. Once I signed the estimate, the team was out within the week, and they got the job done within 30 minutes. I was given a discount for the hassle. They did a good job. They need help with communication though.

I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!

I have a lot of mature trees. None of them have ever been professionally pruned and some needed it badly. It looked like a daunting task to me, but the very nice people at Liberty Tree Experts were there to help. Daniel came out, gave me a good quote and, the next week, the crew was there. They were fast, expert, careful and knowledgeable. That daunting task was over and done with in an hour and a half with nothing to left to indicate they'd ever been there - except my lovely, well-groomed trees! Couldn't be happier! Thanks, Guys!

Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

They advertise FREE estimates, yet require payment information just to have someone provide the estimate. No other business I've ever encountered has advertised a free estimate and required payment info. Very shady way to start a relationship with a customer.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Backed their trailer into my vehicle causing thousands of dollars of damage and refused to cooperate with insurance! Do they even have insurance? Are their drivers even licensed? WHO KNOWS! Bottom line is any company that tries to run and hide when they are clearly responsible for damage to property is NOT one you should do business with. What if it had been YOUR car they backed into? Ghosted and won't respond to subrogation/collections agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Desert Garden what a great job you guys do everytime! I've had two other landscaping companies neighbors referred, found these guys and don't regret my decision from parting with neighbors. ? We had definite objectives and a budget for our landscape project. David Goodman added his creativity, flexibility and can-do attitude to the project. We spent a good amount of time in the planning phase and this really paid off. The result is a beautiful improvement to our front and back yards specifically designed to the way we live in our house. We value the investment of time, energy and materials, so we have retained the Goodman's team to maintain our yard with their customized weekly service. We feel that we got very special attention from David and his team; however, I don't think it was really special. This is the way David does business on a regular basis. Oh! And I need to say that I did a lot of research through references before we selected Goodman's...I heard from 20+ former/current customers, and only one had any comment that was at all negative. I teased David that the reports were so glowing that he must either be related to all those people or he must give really deep discounts! No...the comments were genuine and warranted. We learned that on our project. I recommend this company without hesitation.
