Best Landscape Installation And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We were so impressed with Sean’s creativity and vision and professionalism. He listened carefully to our preferences and created a beautiful design that used our property to its maximum potential. He was thorough and interactive and kind and truly a joy to work with. His presentation and concept artwork were beautiful! Sean is a deeply skilled artist with the ability to transform any property into a unique work of art. He integrated his knowledge of the landscape and natural surroundings with his remarkable inventiveness and our personalities.

On a practical note, Sean presented his ideas and concept with a careful price breakdown so we knew exactly what each element would cost and fully understood his very reasonable pricing. We felt confident and energized to be working with him.

I normally never bother to write reviews, but I have to share what was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to warn others of how they may get treated.

In April 2018, I paid in full for Chris to put together plans for my rather large back yard. Contacting him is an extreme pain - do not bother calling their business number as you will get connected with someone who seems like they could care less about your concerns. I emailed Chris roughly 15 times over the past 5 months and called countless times to try to get updates on blown deadlines, which there were 4 of them and countless excuses.

He eventually agreed to come meet at my house to try to right things and talk details of the plan, which came out to be incorrect twice (probably because there was such a long gap between the meeting and when he sent me the next drawing).

Finally in September of 2018, after missing the deadline for the 'final plan' twice, he sends me a drawing with no dimensions, no renderings, no estimates, and no water/power/gas line configurations like I had asked for. When I asked him about it - the drawing is 'to scale'. Now nobody can do any work without converting the plot plans to what a PDF hopefully correctly converts tiny measurements to.

All of this to say, I highly warn anyone who doesn't have money in hand (do not pay in full before the job is done, or this may happen to you too) for a specific job and dimensions ready to go to work with Lone Star. They really need to work on their communication and committing to promises. I am now out almost $2,000 with no workable plan. I am hoping they will now bother to call me and correct this imbalance.

My family hired Ground Zero Landscape and Construction to complete our outdoor living project. We spent a lot of time researching companies based on reviews, certificates, accreditations, licensing, bonds and insurance. Let me be the first to say that Ground Zero and Chad Bennett are a step above most. What my husband and I found most interesting was Ground Zero price was inline with the other quotes we had gotten.
Chad was upfront and honest with time frames on the current industry delays! He met almost all timelines. We were on budget as well.
A few Issues during the project and they were handled professionally and promptly. We were made aware of cost on change orders and agreed on ahead of time. No surprises! I would highly highly recommend their services to anyone looking to create their dreamscape! Now we escape to our backyard and less on staycations at hotels! Thank you Chad Jose and Crew!!!

We used BJ's landscaping for awhile. They were always on-time, always responsive whenever we had to contact them, and comparably priced to other services. Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, we had to put their services on hold for now. But, as soon as we're ready to start with a landscaping service again, we'll definitely be going back to BJ's.

The ideas that were given to us were great. The workers were extremely diligent. We love our new landscaping and will call on them for other projects.

I have been using Phoenix Landscaping and Pools,LLC for about 3yrs now and I love their work. Competitive rates. They are very professional and communicate if they need to change the date of service. They send email reminders with suggestions. I'm happy that I found them! Almost didn't answer the call but glad I did.

Luis and his crew are amazing! We met him at our last property that we rented. They were the default crew that tended to the property. We have since moved to a new location, and hired them to keep our home pretty as well! These guys are very honest, trust worthy, and they do great work!

Excellent experience with Ivan! Honest and explained in detail our watering system, plants and maintenance. Very responsive, professional and honors his commitments which was a big hurdle for me! Highly reommend!

I was tired of all the landscaping I wanted to do in my front yard and the Scottsdale Landscaping team did a great job. Job was done quicker than I expected and my expectations were blown away. Thank you guys again!

Their landscape designs are wonderful, they added natural beauty to my landscape which I have never dreamt of. They were a joy to work with.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.
