Best Consultation in Phoenix AZ

The redesign of my small yard was not only expensive but an epic hassle from day one. I can't possibly write a short synopsis of all the things that went wrong, but the highlights are:

-Total disregard for original budget
-Scheduling problems
-Contract disputes
-No recollection of previous discussions
-Stolen property
-Irrigation lines placed incorrectly resulting in damage to plants/trees

After 3 months the irrigation is still not installed correctly and I have to pay someone else to fix it because I refuse to work with them any longer. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

I hired the guys from Lanestar to do clean up in my yard. They did a great job and went above and beyond. They cleaned everything up and trimmed several trees and bushes. Yard looked great. It was very reasonable price for amount of work they did. It saved me a couple days off well worth the price.

Will defiantly use them again.

Ground Zero did a great job on my complete front and back yard renovation project! I had a great time collaborating with Chad during the planning phase and then watched him and his team execute the plan to perfection. I would highly recommend Ground Zero for anyone wanting to complete a renovation project on their backyard. They are easy to work with, always put the customer first and have great communication throughout. Even after the project Chad and his team have checked to make sure everything is going well and that I'm happy with the finished project! Will definitely use them again on the next project!

Someone came out to quote us for our backyard landscape design and then we never got a phone call about the design plan or quote. No one bothered to follow up even after I called. Obviously you've lost our business, and glad too. How unprofessional !

The pre-project planning by Abel Hardscape was quite thorough, and they made sure we would be pleased with the design. The job went according to schedule, and we are pleased with the outcome. We would highly suggest Abel Hardscapes for any outdoor project because of the amazing clean up.

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our side lawn. The workers were very nice and explained how they were going to level out and make the drainage of water so it would not puddle up. They worked very hard in the heat and completed project on time.

I recommend Luis & his crew to everyone I know. Not only do they do great work, they are also reasonably priced & have great customer service & communication. I am the Realtor who referred him for the job which gave him 1 star. The valve this person is talking about was to be repaired by a plumber, not this company. This company repaired the valve they were hired for & did an excellent job. I have used them personally & will continue recommending them!

Super disappointing…we’ve used this company for some time. Crews of workers have changed often and we have always communicated our desires for how the plants/trees look - full/large/blooming. My yard was full and beautiful and full of flowers. Every visit I’ve asked for the crew leader to ring my doorbell so I can specifically point out anything needing attention - otherwise I’ve always said to leave them alone. Today the crew leader was told the same thing at the door - but when we went out - we see every bush in our front yard scalped - dead-looking, horrible! I spoke to the crew leader and he agreed with me and apologized again and again. He admitted he knows I like everything big. So I call the owner Brandon, as a business owner he should know what his crews are doing. He proceeds to blame ME instead of his crew. I explained that I wasn’t going to pay $150 for the week to have had the yard ruined — it has (they did this once before and we let it go) and will take YEARS for some of those plants to grow back to the way they were. We had many die from the first time this happened…He doesn’t offer to make it right in any way and again makes comments that puts all accountability on us and none on his crew - none at all. I have told this team at least 100 times -every week - remember don’t cut anything unless I tell you. What more can I do as a customer? It should take 1 time……he said his workers were clocking in for an hour worth of work every time they were at our home - again lies. I told him we don’t have things trimmed - they are here for 20-30 minutes at the most - most days. Ugh. So disappointing that an owner doesn’t take accountability for his workers and doesn’t try to make the situation right. Instead he said we will part ways. I have referred this company to so many people including my parents, and given them so much business - and this is how I’m treated when THEY make a mistake. He told me I wasn’t allowed to get upset -it will grow back….such a shame….

I am in love with my backyard! These guys came in and laid pavers to make a beautiful patio and I love how low maintenance my yard is now.

I am so happy with their service. They cranked out my front yard and back yard in a VERY timely manner and cleaned up the mess where I couldn't even tell they had been there. Most other landscape companies I have had come out have just done the minimum and always left residue behind or piled the trash on my curb. I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again in the future! Very satisfied customer here. Thank you!

The owner, Luis Leyva, came as requested to see exactly what we wanted, offered suggestions and listened to ours. He knows the names, characteristics, and nuances of every plant around as well as what is edible and what’s not! He is a delightful guy who genuinely wants to make everything perfect and his clients happy. He achieved those goals the first visit. Additionally, he has an engineering background and was able to solve our standing water problems and create an amazingly beautiful and low maintenance environment around our home.
He took us to a nursery to select plants and to other suppliers to see the ground lamps, irrigation system components, and to select the pavers we wanted. Never did he push for the most expensive, but always for the most durable and esthetically pleasing.
His teams always showed up on time and were a delight to have on the property. They come prepared and willing to work. Never once did they complain, and anything we asked of them was answered with, “No problem.” One supervisor on site said with modesty, “Yes, we are the Best of The Valley.” So true.
Our home has been magically transformed! Thanks to all of you!

Had a really terrible experience with Antony. Please don't sign up for any work with him. He took 10K advance from us. Didn't start the work and didn't start the work until several frustrating follow ups and he didn't even have a start date. His crew broke our patio door glass and didn't even reimburse the expense for it. His crew installed wrong color travertine. My husband had them remove the travertine. His team was totally irregular to arrive for work. He also doesn't answer any of our calls. Finally we were fed up and asked him to cancel the project. He reimbursed only 5K out of 10K and we ended up paying 5K for only cleaning weeds from our backyard!!!
