Hired Sean to redesign and install our front flower bed plus fences/gates for our side-yards. We're very happy with the results. Sean communicates and collaborates well...and has great ideas. Both he and his team do what they say they're going to do. We highly recommend Mountainscapers.

They redid front entryway to front door, expanded the back patio, redirected water runoff, and lattice. Took time to get lattice made in another state. Once here the project was done in a week. We oversee many commercial and residential properties in Deer Valley. Their excellent work has been instrumental in improving the appearance and function of every property.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Victor's crew did some grading on my lot to facilitate better drainage away from my foundation. Plus removed 2 rally large bushes. All work was done in a timely manner once it was scheduled. The crew were very nice and did a great job cleanup job of the area at the end of the job. Definitely would hire Victor again.

I called tons of lawn businesses and was met with no response from many. Sergio’s was quick to reach back out to me. They have an easy to navigate site, and you can reach them by email. Additionally they were upfront about base pricing. They even showed up a little early to check out our yard and did the service the same day. This is hard work you don’t find to often these days. 100 times over I would recommend.

They aren't always trying to upsell, do offer fair pricing, don't nickel and dime you, and strive to always provide quality service. Honesty is of the utmost importance to me and I find them to be honest. Even when issues do come up, they acknowledge it, apologize for it and work to make it right.

I'm not looking for the cheapest landscaper. I'm looking for quality. This is a locally owned company, unlike many of the larger companies. Every penny they earn is kept in Arizona and that means a lot.
