Something was stuck in my motorcycle's ignition, and I had no idea what to do, my wife called around and got to Todd, she was able to text him, and get me set up for a Saturday afternoon. He came out and like a surgeon got little bits of metal that someone used to pick it. He was done in less than an hour, had a great sense of humour, and was very honest and candid. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a locksmith!

This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.

Ethan was so awesome! He came to unlock my vehicle within 15 minutes and was very polite. The best customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. He was awesome with communicating to me when he would arrive and had my vehicle unlocked in about 5 minutes. I had messed up a lock on my driver side door and he educated me on ways to unlock my vehicle in case I happened to lock myself out again.He told me exactly what it would cost before performing any services. Very honest prices! Not nearly as much as I thought it would cost! I would use this locksmith again ANYTIME!
