Had this company take out existing bathtub in our park model and replace it with a walk in shower. Love it! The installation went very smoothly-professional, courteous, and timely. Start to finish a day and a half. When they left the bathroom was clean and shower ready to use. Little spendy but couldn’t be happier

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

TWD did removal of a section of stucco for a long term problem. They were able to find the problem, repair and finish the project in the most professional way. I would hire them again for any other work as well as recommend them to any other home projects.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! Love this company. On schedule, on time, and did a fantastic job. Everyone who sees my kitchen just loves it and are very envious. Best of all is the reasonable cost of the renovation!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
