I had my key broken from my key fob. I went to Sundial and great customer service. Trevor was very helpful and quick. Total time to get a key cut and program a new key fob, 10 minutes. Thank you!

Trevor was amazing! He showed up within an hour of calling, was friendly, professional, and completed his work with a high level of quality. We needed several house locks fixed as they were old and didn’t work. He went and got the right parts and keyed them to match our existing locks. Pricing was very reasonable, service was fast and great! Highly recommend.

Kye is a very good locksmith. He called me right back even though I didn't leave a message. When my key fob came in he took me right in with no appointment. He programmed it very easily, and cut the key perfectly. He's very knowledgeable, and is very pleasant. Everything works on my new key fob. No stress thanks again for all your help.

I honestly feel like they delete their bad reviews because it's ridiculous how expensive it is. I locked my car keys in my car I didn't need a spare key I just needed the door to be open. When speaking on the phone the person said the service fee will be about 35 dollars and they wont be able to tell me an estimate till the technician comes to the location. The technician calls me and says the company will call me with an estimation but the company never did. He comes and tells me hopefully he doesn't break my window since I had glass all over my window instead of a plastic separation. Luckily he didn't break my window but it was $263 dollars for a service that was less than 5 minutes. Why would you ask what kind of car it is and model and year without even being able to give an estimation. I even asked if I'm not comfortable with the price can I just tell the technician I don't need the service. The person tells me I still have to pay for the service fee regardless. I cannot believe a service that took less than 5 minutes cost me over $200 dollars. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The worst, very unprofessional. Pushed my appt time back 3x. All while I waited at the location for them for over an hr. Then was really rude when telling me my appt was delayed.

Update: After waiting, the tech came out and was very nice. He didn't leave me until my car started. He gave me a discount.
Follow up:
I tried to start my car a few days later (the first time since it locked) and the key they gave me doesn't work. So I essentially paid $$ for a key I can't use. A complete waste.
Update: They made things right.

I lost my key fob to my car the other night and turned it off with my car keys not there. Alex was able to arrive and get my new fob programmed on the spot within a very short time period, and for a very reasonable price! Appreciate you guys!

Sundial has been my go-to locksmith company!! I was impressed with the absolute professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, quality and timeliness of each job that I requested. My first visit left me with a lasting first impression when I had two key fobs made for our 2005 Honda Pilot. On my second visit I decided to get a key fob made for our 2015 Honda Pilot. Kai was very helpful in letting me know the most economical way to go on the selection of a more practical key fob that cost significantly less! Thanks, Kai!

Once that was done, and on the same day, I decided to to have our new screen door locks synched to the house master key. Purchased a used vehicle on saturday, and it only had 1 set of keys...
Needed to make another set, and found them online, was given the option for them to come to me or for me to goto the store... had a time constraint and we had to reschedule... I appreciated that they were upfront and honest in stating that they might not be able to get the job done by the time I needed. Went in today, monday and they made the new key in 20 mins...

The young gentlemen that came out was so nice. But for some reason my 2013 Mittzubitzi wasn't taking the data, my mom has cancer, and we been busy, and I have all kinds of appts. But he made me a universal remote, and a key and said if I found them to bring it in and he would make me a spare. Darn it my husband drove down there and forgot my new set. So they couldn't do it. So anyway that was our fault, but if that nice guy comes out towards us again, maybe give us a call, and we can do it.. I would highly recommend Sun Dial.

I had already gotten keys shipped. And I had gone to ace to get them cut, they wouldn’t allowed just the keys to be cut. Sundial is local and fast and cheap. All I needed was to cut keys and they did as I requested.

I called to see how much a spare would be for my vehicle. I was surprised at how reasonable the service and key itself were priced at. When I called to inquire and give the specs of my vehicle I spoke to a nice woman who instructed me on the different options and said the owner would call me back for further details and within 5 minutes the owner calls me back (I love the pace so far for this task I've been putting off forever, as the dealerships take forever with anything - it gets better though). The owner asks if I can come in that day (I am beyond delighted because I thought I was going to make an appointment and allocate time I don't have). I get there- it takes this man 10 minutes to make my key. He's pleasant, his store is really comfortable to wait in, as they have hand sanitizer everywhere (and candy too!) and very comfortable chairs. The owner is personable, very kind, and the whole experience was something I enjoyed which is rare for errands like this. All in all- 100/10 will go there for all my key related needs. I love it here.

I called and Jacob came out at 1pm and by 1:30pm he was done. My problem was on a f150. I couldn't open the back after my husband passed. He made two ignition keys.

Bought a car that needed another FOB. Ordered it via another company and tried to get it programmed there. Not only did they have the best price out of everyone I called but they were kind and replicated my key perfectly! When I initially talked to the owner, I thought he was a bit abrupt. Although, meeting him in person and listening to the repeatedly rude customers calling him over and over, my heart truly went out to him. Was in need of a key replacement after recently losing one after having to fix water pump on my vehicle.. got in contact with one of the techs who from the beginning seemed like he was rushing and ended up giving a quote of $250. I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap but sheesh, don’t have a smart car with a smart key or anything complex just a 2003 Malibu needing a basic key cut out for ignition. Informed tech of the pricing I was able to stay around and said he’d call me back. Never received a call back but hey luckily found another locksmith that did it for $100 less.

I’ve had their service before and everything was great and I was able to get a key within 3-4 hours of calling and the person who replaced my key fob was really nice! But unfortunately at the place where I work someone stole my key fob and when I was talking to someone on the phone about it and asked if there was any sort of warranty, they said no. And that’s fine, like, it’s the way they said it. I told them someone potentially stole my key, and even possibly it’s just lost, and they just said, “you lost your key,” and i said, yea, but someone could’ve stolen it, because of the circumstances that it had left my presence in, and they just said “so you lost it, it’s the same thing” and it’s like, you think i want to lose my key? you think i want it stolen? no, i paid 300 dollars for the last and im going to have to pay the same for a new one so no, I don’t want to have to go through this again so thank you for the “hospitality,” maybe take some classes on it tho to touch up.

I had a padlock I lost the keys to. There was no way I could cut this one off. I called several locksmiths. Most were booking out days later. They also weren't transparent about the price. Several were super rude.

I looked for a family owned company. When I called they were nice and professional. Their guy called and said he was less than 10 minutes away and asked if he could come asap. Heck yea! So he came and did the job in minutes. He was courtesy, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I didn't catch his name but they should definitely him!

Rude only says his name is locksmith. Took key as my boyfriend was walking to bank . Paid$ 300 did not program correctly nor did he give me a cut key that insists In to fob. Don't go here!

I'm an owner of Good Time Charli's, a neighborhood craft pub in Chandler with live music every day. We had occasion to use the services of Sundial Locksmith to repair the lock mechanism on a very old, temperamental pool table. Jacob arrived punctually, assessed the problem and said he would likely have to return the next day, if the part we needed were even in stock. I was surprised to hear back from Jacob an hour or so later. He said not only was the part was in the wherehouse but also that he could return later that afternoon to replace the lock assembly so guests could use the table immediately. He quickly repaired the lock and our guests were able to play on the table that night. I couldn't be happier with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship we received from Sundial Locksmith. Made an appointment with owner Ori, a week prior to coming into their brick & mortar. He was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. (Also called me in the morning to remind me of my appointment.) Purchased backup key fob for my Toyota Prius. He programmed it in about 5 minutes. Our daughter got someone else this time for our 2014 Golf. Our daughter brought in the 2 key fobs and it took the lady five minutes to cut them. That was the nice part. Then she did not have the program ready for the vehicle that we scheduled the appointment for.. Price must have gone up in 6 months too. $250 out the door (almost 2 hours later) to cut and program 2 VW keys. At least they work.

Super awesome experience :) I showed up and he was getting his hair cut at the barber and he immediately came back to the shop to help me out with some new keys :) apparently the ones I needed were too fancy for Home Depot or Lowes :) but he had everything I needed here! He even got changed out the batter for my car key (which used to only work within 6 feet of my car) and now it works perfectly! And everything was for a great price!

Had key made for my 2011 Ford Focus, shop was very busy and I was real impressed with the way they were extremely professional and never let anyone feel as they were not important. They were offering water chairs and snacks. The phones were ringing off the hook, problems with the key machine. The owner was dealing with tech support all the clients and scheduling service techs. However he seemed to handle all the chaos with ease, never letting anyone feel as there problem was not top priority.

I thought I already did a review of Sundial but it never appeared. After calling the dealer to get a new key for my 2015 Altima, they informed me it would be $410. Really, for a key?!? So I looked up highly rated locksmiths. I found Sundial and I'm so glad I did. The guy at the shop was super nice and professional. Even had his dog there too. Family owned. Now I don't remember his name but he took one look at my current key which had a broken top on the emergency key that you put a key ring on and said I have a gift for you. He replaced it for me free of charge. It only took maybe 10 minutes for the new key to be completed and it works great. Plus it has a 6 month warranty. So glad I went here.

If I could give a company and an Employee more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Called in the evening to get an idea of what the cost would be to fix a lock on a commercial door at our business, and within 15 minutes of calling Alex showed up and not only was he professional but was also as smart as can be. The door is probably over 30 years old, and parts and replacements are nearly non existent. So instead of up selling me to get a whole new door or locking system, he fixed it and even fabricated a whole piece to ensure the lock works as needed. I was very pleased with Sundials service. I came in yesterday to get a 2nd fob for my truck. I was informed that he needed the truck to program it. I made my appointment for the next day. Not only was the service fast, affordable, professional, and Kye just a super nice guy; but, he informed me that my USAA insurance with roadside assistance may cover most of the cost. After calling my insurance per his advise I got the majority of the already low cost covered!!!!

Keys were solid. They did a 2014 Mazda 3 key no problem and cheap. Took only 10-15 mins.

I called because I lost the keys to the utility bed of my vehicle I asked if they would be able to use the template tool and make a copy to get me keys to my vehicle again. I was told the only way that they give me a key is if they had the key code which was not existent on those locks so even though it says locksmith it sounds more like they were just key makers. I finally got hold of this great guy he's old school he was super busy but he said he'd still meet me I showed up to his house it took him 3 minutes to template it hopping his van burn me a key $35 and 10 min later I was on my way.

A Guy named Alex from this company came to re key a business I was helping cleaning out. Not only did he do a very quick job, but he also STOLE MY PURSE! I would not recommend this company. I tried calling and emailing the company to get my property back, but was left with no response. My wallet was found- Minus my cash, purse and belongings inside at a gas station parking lot down the street.

Called and spoke with Issac on Monday 12/ 18/17. He gave a a great quote. The dodge dealership wanted almost $450 after taxes. I shared with Issac that I was shopping for quotes and of course by 12/19/17 I had an emergency, car wouldn't start and not only did he honor the quote he gave, he was the cheapest in town and he was able to do the work in ten minutes. Mind you it cost me less then $200.. I am very happy and very pleased. I would refer them to everyone. Best lock smith I have ever used. We were very pleased.

I had the pleasure to meet with Ori on getting a key and remote set up for my car. The store closes at 5:00, but Ori knew that I needed help that night, and that I was going on a trip.

I won't go into detail, but there ended up being some problems with the car (no fault of Ori) and it took him until 9:00 to get everything done (we started about 7:30). He had a wife and kid to get home to, but he insisted that his goal is to make the customer happy.

I feel bad that he had to miss out on some family time, but greatly appreciate his help, and willingness to get me back on the road. Plus he is a super nice guy and we had a good talk.

OMG....I am part of this government shutdown and not getting paid. So when I locked myself out of the house, it was like adding salt to an open wound. I just knew it was gonna cost me good to get this door open. Alex showed up in 25 minutes and had my door open immediately. On top of that, not only did he listen to me cry (seriously I was), but Sundial gave me a great price. Whether that was their normal price for unlocking a door or they were sympathetic to my situation, they have a customer for life. They really helped me out and I appreciate it greatly!!!

They charge $29 to have someone come out to tell how much their service is. I called to find out what they would charge to re-key a lock cylinder (That I’m buying on my own) for my truck. They immediately want your information and won’t give no information on what you need done until you agree to pay $29 to have a tech come out. They should be aware of their services before they start charging people money. It’s a re-key of a lock, you can’t tell me what you charge unless I pay you? Attests the dealer is straight up with me. Thought going third party would less hassle.

They were willing to cut a key for a 2014 Ford Taurus even though I bought the key elsewhere, and made sure that I had the correct FCC id and everything first. Customer satisfaction is a big priority for these guys.

Went in to ask about getting 2 keys cut. I only needed my key copied onto my blank. Ford keys. No programming or anything else. Just needed the keys traced in their machine. The lady behind the counter called someone to ask how much to cut my keys. Then comes back and says $30.00, but you wanted 2 cut, so $50.00? No thanks I say. That's way too much. How about $40.00? Nope, I'm good. Went to the Ford dealer and they cut them for free. I understand that they have to charge a reasonable rate, but $50.00, for 2 keys. It took literally less than 5 minutes. I would have paid $30.00 for both, and left feeling somewhat overcharged. But that was outrageous. Needless to say, if I ever need a Locksmith or keys cut in the future, I know where I won't be going.

Fast and professional service. After seeing a lot of 5 star Google reviews, I called on a Sunday to find out if they did key FOB replacement. Despite the proprietor (who answered the phone) being on an emergency call, he met me at the shop 30 minutes later and within 20 minutes I had a replacement key FOB, and a spare for my RV. During that time I swear he received 10 other calls, but managed to get my keys done, maintain a conversation with me, put forth a professional front on the phone and dispatch other technicians to keyless people in trouble. Called about 7 Locksmith’s to get a key and couldn’t get a straight answer as to price. They had a tech call me and tell me how much it would be (apparently it depends on where the car was made) for each place it was made. Was at our door within 30 minutes and cut the key. They have really good deals if they are already out there so we ended up getting a 2nd key for my car (2017 Toyota rav4) and a spare for my wife’s car both with the Fobs and programmed. All in it was about an hour and $340 (190 for mine, 80 for my spare and 70 for the wife’s. That included taxes, service call, everything) Toyota store quoted me 280+tax for one key, we got 3!

I am extremely satisfied with Sun Devil and Ethan. He came out on a Sunday, super bowl Sunday as a matter a fact. Very professional, had my apartment unlocked in five minutes. The locksmith that came to do work on our car was very rude his customer service was awful. The price that we were quoted was different from what we had to pay. The service was fast but he was very rude. We were told to pay $150 we gave him $160 he didn’t have change to give us back our $10. Ridiculous never again. It was a horrible experience
