First, he talked and texted with me very patiently, offering lots of useful information and answering every one of my questions to help me understand my next steps and options and allay my concerns. He was consistently responsive and his communication was always professional, kind, and helpful. The job was completed on schedule, just as promised, in just two days, and the workmanship appears to be first-rate. I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon this top-notch company just when I needed them.
