Best Repair Or Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Well, Firstly, I was having trouble with my water heater, it wasn't working, Then, I went on google looking for plumbers in the local area, I happen to come across Laszlos plumbing. Then, I figured that I would do them a favor by giving them business. So, I called and talked to someone and gave him the description of the water heater and he basically told me everything that I needed to hear. So, he asked me if I wanted a technician to come out and look at the water heater, just to look at it, it was $75 dollars. So the technician comes out the next morning and looks at it without touching it and charges me $75 dollars just to look at it, so basically, everything that I needed to know was already told to me over the phone, so basically, I wasted $75 dollars, I wish the man who was talking to me over the phone would have told that to me that it wasn't necessary to send someone over, and on top of that, the guy that came over had a bad attitude as well.

Alex did a great job fixing our house’s water system two months ago. He was punctual, worked very cleanly (not leaving any mess behind), and his repairs both look and work great. Initially we called him to fix our washing machine shutoff valve. We were so impressed with his work that we called him back to fix our house’s main shutoff valve and add a water pressure regulator. In addition we got him to install a water treatment system. All of his installations look clean and everything he fixed/installed works well. I can only recommend him!

3 phone calls and conversations. Promises. Nada. Couldn't even get them out to my house after 3 calls. Even gave days inbetween. They might be great - but I couldn't even get past the gatekeeper.
