I lost my car keys for my Chrysler 300 2005. After calling few company that told me i have issue with my computer Johnny told me he can do it no problem. His great locksmith in Phoenix. Come really fast and did excellent job. If i will need locksmith again for sure i will call him again.

Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.
