I give 5 stars to BCM Locksmith of Phoenix, AZ. I had a safe with out the keys, & all I had to do is call BCM Locksmith, & with the Numbers on the safe, he was able to make me keys to open it. I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

I lost my keys and they were out here extremely quick and very efficient...made a new key for my car and was very friendly...hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does I know who to call!
