Those guys are lightning quick, we are located across the street, but still. Called them to replace the locks in my business and 5 minutes later someone was here with all needed parts. Half an hour later 4 locks were replaced. I needed extra keys and the guy was honest that I could get them cheaper at Home Depot , but being a small business owner myself I like to support local business. Highly recommend!!!

Service was very good. Came to a park around 9pm to provide me a replacement key for my car. Was the only locksmith in the area that could provide service, everybody else said they couldn't help. Locksmiths are pricy but it is what it is.

Ben came to help me with my problem at 9pm on a Saturday. I needed help to unlock my security door which I forgot to bring the key out with me.

Bought a used car that only came with one key. Got my new key cut and reprogrammed to my car in under 15 min. Don’t waste time going to a dealership, they’ll charge you 2-3x more and make you wait over an hour. Very friendly service and much cheaper than other in the area. Will for sure use in the future!

Needed some keys copied for my Subaru. The staff at the Message shop was out on an a call when I got to the shop. Locked my keys in the truck. Call B1 for help and 10 minutes later he was there and had me in my truck minutes later. I also needed a new key remote and asked if he could program one for me and make me another spare truck key and was able to do both in the same visit. outstanding service, guy came pretty quick less than 15 min. i kinda waisted his time cus i didnt have money to pay him so i ended up calling my family to see if they could lend me some money, and it took probably 30 min for me to receive the money and my card didnt want to go through, so he put my lock back and said that i was okay i didnt have to pay idk what to say, im glad and happy best locksmith out their, he made my day, great guy he didnt get frustrated or anything he waited for me to get my money he waited for me to get and answer from my family, im just glad, if u read this man, thanks alot, u made my day

Manny from the Mesa location is amazing. Not only did he come out on time, he found out my issue wasn't what I asked them to fix, but was the ignition tumblers. He saved me having the same issue down the road and was flexible with the price of fixing the ignition. The locksmith was good, he called ahead of time to let me know when he'd arrive. He worked hard getting the locks changed. I called at the end of the day and they still came out even though it was late.
You can haggle with him to get a lower price.

Purchased my 2003 Toyota Sequoia used with only one key. Dealer wanted 250 dollars plus labor and one day to service. Called B1 Locksmith in Mesa Arizona. Met up with Ben looking for a solution.
